Trocadero 111 is a perfect casa particular to start your Cuba exploration. Extremely warm hearted and friendly hosts, delicious breakfast and an always clean room in the city centre of Havana. Elly gives you so many insights and hints where and how to travel in Cuba, manages everything you might need. She and her family are just wonderful people and I would stay at Elly's house ever again when I am in Havana.

We had an amazing stay in Trocadero 111 in Cuba, Elaine is a wonderful, warm and friendly host. She makes you feel very welcome in her house and has kindly arranged a taxi from the airport and back. When we needed additional day she was fully booked but arranged another place to stay close by. We really enjoyed healthy and rich Caribbean breakfast in the morning. The Casa Colonial is perfectly located in the centre of Old Havana.

The location is really good, close to Havana Vejia, walking distance to the main touristic attraction. The room very clean and comfortable. The owner Eleine is really helpful and the best host in Cuba, she always helps with everything. The breakfast was really good too. Thanks! We will come back! Valeria & Simone

We have a wonderfull stay with Elaine and het family. The first night was double booked but Elaine arranged an alternative place, brought us there, pick-ed us up and we had no worries at al. Great breakfast, clean room and bathroom. The location is also great, everything on walking distance.

Location of this casa was wonderful and Elaine was a nice lady that offered to call a taxi to pick us up from the airport for 30 CUC. We later learned it would be around 20 CUC since we stayed at another casa when we returned from Vinales. We had a great stay overall. The room was clean and her daughter Gab would make us breakfast everyday. Her friend drove us to Vinales and asked us to pay for 3 bottles of water for 30 CUC, we paid it but were a little shocked about the price since we bought the same type of water at the market for 1.5 CUC each. (It could be a miscommunication since we do not speak Spainsh, the price is reasonable for our breakfast but if its charged for water then it would be way too expensive)

Elaine is an amazing host, she is warm and welcoming with a great sense of humor. Her family were great for providing tips on where to go in Havana and Elaine helped with booking tours and arranging taxis for our trip to Trinidad. Our room was perfect with aircon and a private bathroom. The location is amazing, only 5 minutes walking to old Havana, the museum of the revolution is about 3 minutes away and the beginning of the malecon is just over 5 minutes walk away. The breakfast was the best that we had in all our time in Cuba and only cost 5 CUC. When we returned to Havana 1 week later, our flight was cancelled and Elaine was able to arrange for another room in a neighbor's casa particular at midnight when we called her. Elaine spoke to us always like we were old friends and it was great to come home after touring each day and see that she was genuinely interested in how our day went. ***I highly recommend the experience of staying in this casa colonial.***…

I stayed there in Havana and I really love the landowners! Definitely, the best breakfast they have but also they have a friendly and warm heart. Rooms are absolutely clean and I really enjoy my time spending there. If I could go to Havana once again, I'd stayed here, as well!

Casa Colonial, Trocadero 111 is located in center of Old Havana, near Capitolio. Room was nice, clean and with a well-functioning air-conditioning system. The owner was wery helpful, and can help you with the organization. Breakfast was tasty.

So easy to get to Centro and Old Havana from this local. Elaine helped us with our lodgings in Vinales and Trinidad with suggestions of places to visit and how to get there.
