5 star location, lovely large rooms, large bathrooms with big baths and showers over baths no problems with hot water or cold, all staff very friendly although not all speak English so time to brush on your Spanish. The grounds are very well kept, although no security within the grounds so other hotel guests sometimes wonder around, everything but the...

Food a disgrace, always coming out cold and the same dross every day. Saw the chef with his head in a bin fishing something out of it. The stench each morning from the back of the kitchen area was gut wrenching. My wife and I had really terrible tummy upsets for the whole 2 weeks which ruined our holiday. We...

Beautiful location on a tiny island at the end of the Varadero peninsula. The hotel is very peaceful with a quiet pool and it's own beach. The rooms are spacious with huge balconies or patios. My one and only criticism would be the fact that the same menu is presented each day and doesn't seem to change but the food...

Arriving at this hotel in the evening can be a slight shock as it is quiet dark and not many lights. But this is an Adults only. The rooms are a good walk from the reception area and the Cigar Bar. The Cigar Bar is very pleasant and open till 1.am. My room was excellent only in blocks of four....

The hotel is advertised by TUI as a luxury 5 star however it's more like a 2 star. The food is below average and the rooms are old and dated, they also could do with a good clean. I got food poisoning from the food so spent 2 days in bed which wasn't fun and on the last night we...

Being a gold band customer comes with many privileges. Nothing is too much trouble for the hotel staff. Food and drinks are of the highest standard with music and song to entertain whilst you eat. Facilities are all outstanding: pools, beaches, drinks, shuttle buggies, tennis, beach volleyball, snooker, stage shows.

Just over 30 minutes from the Varadero Airport (depending on the number of stops the coach transfer has to make) this hotel is a very peaceful haven for a perfect holiday. This is an "Adults Only" Hotel set in beautifully landscaped gardens with a lovely Swimming Pool. There is also a beach next to a very attractive lagoon. Rooms are...

Spent a week there and frankly it was a disaster from beginning. Aside from the noise issues - we had four different rooms in five days - there was a catalogue of problems with rooms, towels, electrics, no water. We knew the food wouldn't be great but as the food was described in the brochure as gourmet- we had some...

We stayed at this hotel for a week as two couples in our mid 20s. We had never been to Cuba, and had come to the hotel with open minds, and the expectation that food and amenities would not likely be up to the same standards as those in Mexico and at other all-inclusive resorts. The positive was that the...

TUI...should be ashamed of themselves. There is nothing privelege about this place whatsoever. You book a dream holiday of a lifetime and end up in a dosshouse where you cannot eat. Like many others i travel all over the world.I going to give a fair assessment of this resort. It is my opinion of a £3000 holiday.it did not meet any of our...
