I was staying with my partner and I enjoyed everything !! Fifth level was amazing , excellent services from meily the waiter and johany sosa were kind and helpful , honestly I feel so happy with them! The hotel was elegant and clean. good food, very comfortable rooms, excellent sea view, we will really return again!
We were in town for business and our one day off we managed to go see some local sights. The kind lady at the front desk (Liana A) recommended an excellent and reliable (not to mention well priced) service which included a safe, clean car service and very knowledgeable guide around the Tres Ojos Lakes. We couldn't have been happier with our experience - Thank you Liana!
Hotel was very clean and relaxing pool and gym were clean, hotel restaurant staff was very accommodating! Definitely recommend And will be returning again ! Very thankful for the staff and all of their great recommendations for sightseeing and awesome food .
This hotel is a diamond in the rough. That's not to speak ill of Santo Domingo, it's a beautiful city with a rich history and culture, I mean a diamond in the rough of overpriced "4 and 5 star hotels" that don't give you the bang for the buck. Let's start with the service. The hotel staff is very accommodating and provides excellent service. They made exceptions as needed, provided extra towels, wash cloths, blankets, etc. The room service was fantastic. You get a wheeled in dinner table where the sides come up with cloth and food kept underneath in a warmed container, and the food is exquisite. Next there's the rooms themselves. I've never seen so much creativity poured into a room. It makes amazing use of the space. You've got lights in the headboard that can be brought out and directed, colorful chandelier like lights, an automatic curtain for the bathroom, a tub with a very well designed color fitting pad on each side, a walk in shower where the floor is perfectly leveled and doesn't have to come to high, it would work for wheel chair access even, efficient toilets, sliding glass doors for the main portion of bathroom and closet space, and a pretty nice view. I've been to hotels throughout Europe, the Americas and Asia and I have yet to see one make this good use of space. Then it has a nice pool area, Spa, a gym (with what looks to be the prototype for those visual video mirrors with resistance weights in that it's a mirror that lets you check your form, and overall it was an incredible stay. I would highly recommend it. Compliments to Liana who handed me the card for trip advisor for her service as well. I did not catch her managers name but she's great as well and one of several fluent english speakers. Oh and the passion fruit juice is a must. Finally I'm sure I'm leaving out a ton of good things I can't think of like the relaxing Ambassador's suite you'll have access to, the thorough cleaning and buttons to call for it, the delightful restaurants herein and the overall relaxing atmosphere and noise canceling nature of the rooms but the only warning I will give is make sure you bring the credit card you purchased the trip with. It's in the contract to stay here and they'll work with you if you forget but it will save time and make everyone's job easier up-front if you bring it. Hope this is helpful.…
My expectations for the money what we paid, was Poor, what have to pay for everything including coffee or water, not acceptable, the location was perfect, I couldn’t use the pool because was dirty and was closed, the room was beautiful and big, we love it ..
