Juivier and Felix are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!! The resort is beautiful and the service is great. Very satisfied. This is the second time visiting this resort and even with covid, the staff did not disappoint. We came for my best friends birthday and they made it so special for all of us. We will definitely come back!!!!!! Again, Felix and Juivier are the best!!!!!

This is our fourth year in a row staying at this same resort and once again (despite COVID 19) we were not disappointed. In fact I know we were more impressed than ever with everything and everyone given the changes that COVID has caused. My first surprise came when the travel regulations changed before our trip and we knew we would have to have a negative test result to get back into the country. I immediately contacted our Butler, Zorillo, from the previous year and he immediately sent me the information I needed to decide that we could in fact go on vacation and have our test done on the resort which was very convenient. Zorillo checked with me prior to our arrival date and gave us the same room we’ve had the last 3 years which I appreciate because I tend to get turned around and lost easily. He informed us at check in that their staff was lighter but that they did have familiar faces still working at our favorite place to relax in the sun... The Preferred Club Pool. As soon as our bags got to our room (which we NEVER ONCE TOUCH once we hit resort property) we changed and headed to the pool to find 3 staff members working who make us feel like family every time we are there. Carlos, Nelis and Javier made every day at the pool fun and relaxing. Again, no need to move ever if you don’t need to, this staff excels! AND quite impressively they remember us and my husbands drink of choice. Mine I switch a lot and they never complain when I ask for something special. This year because it was a little less busy we got to know more of the superb staff by name. At the Prelude Bar Miriam and the Davids not only had our drinks made before we could even ask for them but also kept us entertained with their straight from the movie COCKTAIL tricks. Again, excellent service!!! Juan, a server from the restaurants also did not fail us when it came to remembering us and going above and beyond with his service. Another new member of our NowOnyx family that we got to know and was impressed by was Diego who was our towel guy at the pool. When I say our NowOnyx family I mean from the “Welcome Home” sign on our door to the genuine feeling of being taken care of this place and these people are so wonderful I do not hesitate to recommend this resort and we are not even home and planning our return next year.…

Traveled with my family consisting of husband, & three sons - ages 13 to 23. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - didn’t disappoint. All amenities were up and running. Especially wonderful for my young adult sons who were able to hit the neighboring outdoor dance club and meet many other young adults! Special attentive and over and above staff included: Simon - beach bar Rosa - breakfast buffet Santa - evening lobby area service Orlando Willie wonka Michel and David And lady at water park bar Kevin hart, Raimen and Julio lifeguards Our rooms were newer and lovely. They were near the water park. Great trip!

The entire property was phenomenal. The staff was amazing. We had our wedding here 2/5/2021 and we had about 30 guests and everyone had a great time. I highly recommend traveling despite the Pandemic, they were so on top of cleanliness and I felt like we had the entire resort to ourselves. No need to social distance when there weren't too many people. The hotels spa, restaurants, pools, bars (servers only since bars closed due to Covid), wedding department, WBA studio and staff were all fantastic. I highly recommend visiting Now Onyx even during the Pandemic! Our wedding was fantastic everything went perfectly. Our butler Zoro was exceptional, helped us from the moment we arrived and orchestrated anything we needed him to. Thanks to the entire staff at Now Onyx for making our trip so memorable!…
