We stayed for a week at the Royalton Hideaway Punta Cana, we had an amazing time. Nazario was our butler for the week - he went above and beyond for us! He always quickly responded to any request we made and made them a reality He always made sure we had plenty of bottled water and beach towels in our room, made all our reservations for dinners. He even helped plan a romantic dinner in the beach! The food was great at all restaurants- we also enjoyed Juan our bartender at the Hideaway pool!

Room didn’t have air. There was only a massive fan that didn’t really blow out a huge amount of air. Housekeeping was VERY Efficient. Food was just okay. Room service wasn’t the best because by the time it got to you it was no longer hot. Needed more food selections. Front desk was very pleasant. Our bar at the hideaway had the best alcohol selections. Restaurants were okay besides the fact they closed early. Bars closed early as well. We assumed that was due to covid. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves but definitely expected a little more

We been traveling as a family to Dominican Republic for 20 years and choosing different properties each time. This time we decided to try Hideaway at Royalton Punta Cana for 3 reasons - 6 golden apples (from Applevacation.com),adults only and Casino. To be honest - it is not 6 golden apples, especially bathroom - shower is too small. My husband (big man) , he had a hard time when taking a shower, no bidet. It is not enough space for 2 people to move in the bathroom . But clean room service was grate. Special thank you to clean lady Beleds Flecone. So nice to be back from the beach to clean room with fresh flowers on the bed. All staff was friendly, willing to help, responded to any complain and made your stay in resort to be a pleasure. We had complained about dinner reservations. To eat dinner, we had to make the reservation each morning and if you are late by 9, only choice is buffet which is packed with adults and kids and long lines. Only one restaurant open per night. Big thanks to manager on duty Fray he gave complimentary dinner on the beach for last night. It was wonderful. Also thank you to Yanilsa for cabana on the beach all time we ware stay , she was always nice and asking is everything good. Morning buffet for adults only was really good, with good service and food. Palacio the manager who took a good care of customers. We had a best beach server Leonela. Again, thank you to all staff members of this hotel.Last and most important thing especially for me - the beach and ocean are Gorgeous !!! We will be back next year.…

Love this place, I really had an awesome time. I think if you could you should spring fit the diamond club that included a separate sign in and check out space, free room service and a butler to handle thinks around the resort for you like laundry request or restaurant reservations. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. Luz who checked us in and out was great and nice and answered all our questions. Our butler was Angelo was good and always showed up at the perfect time. The rooms was nice and comfy for the times we were there, because they have so many activities. Check out the pole pool fitness it’s a blast and a good work out. My husband and I had a good time here and will recommend it to our friends. If I had to mention somethings I would change would be in the room. We had a swimout suite and coming back in was slippery. Some of the native can be a little aggressive, can’t control what happen out side the resort... just be mindful. Small things in the grand scheme of things!! I had an amazing time.…

The food on the property was not tasty at the buffet. It wasn’t that many places to choose from. The drinks were watered down.. kids were everywhere.. I couldn’t upgrade.. the only thing that were good is when you spent money at the bar to buy a bottle
