We were two couples staying here. Or were supposed to stay here. When we got to the hotel they said that there were some problems with one of the apartments, and could we maybe share an apartment? We didn't want to share so they took us to Rosa Hermosa condominium complex. They found one apartment there and started to look for another, but said it would cost us extra since it was better apartments (as you can see below not good at all). We agreed to take the one apartment (with two bedrooms and two bathrooms) to a reduced cost. We have not seen the refund yet... The apartment was damp with mold in the ceiling, the refrigerator was not connected, we had to ask several times for a working wifi, one of the bedrooms didn't have any linens and they didn't provide it, the other had linens but we had to make the bed ourselfs, the towels we found in a closet was damp, we couldn't use the safety box since it was locked and they couldn't find the key. They said that they should come by with a receipt and the refund but after that we didn't see them again. The keys to the apartment we left to the security when we left.…
Besucht im Dezember 2017 Hier ist richtig aufgehoben, wer abseits der All-Inclusive Angebote eine günstige Unterkunft in Bavaro sucht. Die Chefin des Guesthouse spricht fließend Englisch. Es empfiehlt sich, wenigstens einen kleinen Sprachreiseführer Spanisch mitzunehmen. In etwa 750m Entfernung befinden sich Supermarkt und einige Restaurants. Den Fußweg zum Strand (etwa 1,5km) schafft man auch. Unterwegs gab es allerdings im Schnitt 3-4 Mototaxiangebote für Mutige. Der Pool reicht für eine schnelle Abkühlung. Das Frühstück übertraf die dem Preis angemessene Erwartung. Die freundliche Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals ließ über kleine Ausstattungsmängel leicht hinwegsehen. Preis/Leistung top!
