My boyfriend and I spent a week here for my Birthday and we had the best welcome possible. I was not sure what to expect as this was my first all inclusive stay with Radisson but it exceeded all expectations. Being a platinum member, Juan and Judith met us at reception to give us the full VIP treatment. Juan was our butler for the week and was simply the best. He took care of any little detail we needed to ensure a positive stay. We also adored playing around with Heribert, Denny, Raphael and Benjamin during the day and at the bar. Everyone there was beyond sweet and could see that they all really enjoyed working there. The one comment I would make is not a lot of public transportation guys know the new hotel name. We had a little trouble coming and going because drivers couldn’t find Radisson. Recommend getting that updated in google ASAP :) Juan, if you’re reading this, you’re an angel and you made the week so great!! And Raphael...I’ll have a few brain teasers for you next time we come! We used hotel points for the stay...for those members looking for a good place to cash in your points then look no further! It’s a great deal. Oh and I got a massage on the beach... Maty Yerfry was an amazing masseuse! She was very thoughtful and offered an amazing spa experience at this resort. She gave a good deal and I recieved a great value for my money. The aroma therapy was wonderful and the ambience was extremely relaxing.

We stayed almost 2 months in this wonderful hotel and we couldn’t be more pleased by how professional and kind all of the staff were. For us, what made a huge difference was the kindness of Rikki at the Kids Club. The girls fell in love with her and wanted to stay with her all the time! They did wonderful crafts and games and were always welcomed with a beautiful smile and hugs! Thank you so much Rikki and Ysabel, you made our stay even more perfect! Can’t wait to be back!

As I drastically needed relief of the ensuing cold and snow storms during a global pandemic, I booked this accommodation at the gate of a flight I couldn't board to Bermuda. This DR getaway smack dead in a local area turned out to be a gem of an experience due to this superbly staffed and maintained resort! Ample beach beds and fine combed sand was framed by mooring sailing vessels flanked by two piers on both sides of the resort. The staff was as welcoming as the radiant sun of the island. Judith, Julio, Luis, and company I can affectionally say took care of me. I opted for the all inclusive experience and wasn't disappointed. Room service around the clock and elegant a la carte dining. The bartender's aimed to please. My room was spotlessly clean, modern and suite like with sofas and chairs. There is no formal entertainment except for the resident fitness expert by day and DJ by night (Senior Brady) by the lobby bar. Covid restrictions kept the resort shop closed also, but there were shops, a bank, and souvenir venders with in a 5 minute walk. As a solo traveler I felt safe and comfortable navigating the local perimeter. All in all, for the affordability of the accommodation you get so much more in service and hospitality! We stayed 9 days with my husband and 8 year old in Feb and everything at the resort was awesome. Capacity was low during the week so they rotated which restaurants were open and did have some buffet style on the weekend when occupancy increased. The resort is very safe when it comes to in general and covid. Judith went with us to get our covid tests and handled everything for us. We had same day results. She handled so much stress for us that we avoided. They gave us an upgrade when we arrived to a 2 bedroom apt with a jacuzzi on the large patio . It also had butler service and Wilson was there to arrange everything we needed. He went above and beyond and was very good with our son. All of the staff were great with him. We used the kids club , spa, room service and all of the dining locations. Food was very good quality for an all inclusive. Smaller resort w a family like feel. There is seaweed on the beach depending on the wind bit they work very hard to keep it clean . Great location close to airport and dolphin explorer is right next door. All wait staff was unbelievable as well. Too many to mention them all by name :)…
