As a man rarely stuck for the right word I’m struggling with where to begin with this travesty of a hotel. Heres the lowlights version of this barely 3* hotel masquerading as a 5*for those who don’t like reading long reviews Its currently a building site and the main pool is shut There’s so many mosquitoes & sand flies on the beach here & they don’t seem to fog at all, I NEVER get bit or react yet currently look like a brail version of the opening chapters of war and peace. The sea if full of sea grass which large amounts wash up on the beach, makes it useless for snorkelling and a breeding ground for biting bugs If you cant smell burning wood or seaweed you can smell sewage Rude, 97.6% of the staff here are uninterested or just rude Our first room was disgusting, my dogs were in better accommodation in their kennels (they are very nice kennels though) If you booked through TUI then good luck in getting anything out of the local rep, I struggled to even get him to acknowledge my presence – the TUI UK website is blocked on the hotel wifi which renders parts of their app useless (well more useless) – As soon as I turned off the wifi and used my Vodaphone 4g it all worked perfectly well Weekends the place is full of locals, which means the noise levels go even further up, theres less room in the one pool and theres more people being rude to you Room service is a joke, the food available is shockingly bad for a 3* hotel let alone the 5* this claims to be. Don’t even think about ordering a bottle of plonk, fizz, beer or even a coffee or beer through room service. It just doesn’t happen and they claim its impossible for them to do for you. I am guessing that’s just if you’re a Brit though I don’t play golf but did have a wander round with my camera & was the only person using the course. I believe its currently shut for you golfists & the course is a bit tired if I am honest – nice for the ducks though The grounds are quite pretty but obviously so perfect for the bugs that when we were waiting to thankfully be picked up to go home they were even more relentless than the previous days, the taxi drivers picking people up were getting annoyed and all the guests were swatting away If that hasn’t put you off then have a laugh at our expense as I drag you through our experience here. The first we had heard about Hurricane Fiona was our girls texting us at Birmingham airport asking if we were okay, news had been full of The Queens funeral and attendant shenanigans so we hadn’t heard anything about it, a quick google and a reassuring text from TUI we knew there may be some issues but had faith they wouldn’t let us travel if there was anything major wrong so with the trip to and through Brum airport, 8 hour flight, DR customs, taxi to hotel we had been on the go for 14/15 hours and just wanted a glass of something cold, a shower and first night in a new country glass of pop. Its now about 6.30 pm Every single review you have read that slates the check in and reception staff is right. I have had better service from a first day probationer at a north London MacDonald’s at 1 am full of drunk teenagers TUI hadn’t given us vouchers for the hotel, its all on their app and your email. Just rock up in country and give them your name is what I was told. So I did and our ride was waiting who took us to the hotel and then after bringing my own bags into the hotel we were waiting for best part of 20 mins to see someone to check in, forget about your upgrade to privilege giving you any queue jumping or separate check in advantages, join the queue, get ignored when people jump the queue and you complain and then lo and behold you are at the front desk with a rather young looking chap in front of you spouts off some very rapid fire Spanish and walks away. Breath, you’re on holiday and it will be fine. Yeah So aforementioned lad comes back and spouts off at a speed my meagre Spanish has no comprehension of. “habla Inglés?” is met with a blank stare. So at this point I would like to point out that this is not our first foreign holiday, we have stayed in many places where English is not the native tongue, we had a glorious 10 days in Marsa Alam where we were the only English people in the whole complex which catered mostly to the Eastern European market and had zero issues with anything, occasionally using Google translate, a smattering of Russian, German or French and lots of hand signals which gave us an absolutely cracking holiday with many laugh out loud moments from both sides. Here though in a hotel that allegedly caters for the US/UK alongside the European market you would have thought we were speaking in Martian with zero inclination to be helpful. So passed on to another lady who claimed to speak some English who then promptly cleared off to deal with somebody else speaking Spanish leaving us with the lad again who had decided he could maybe speak enough to get our passports off us and check us in with our voucher. Deep breath, no voucher, here’s my booking reference, here’s my accommodation in the app, here’s my conformation email from TUI. This was shown to yet another person, a conversation too fast for me to follow but the word Gringo was used at least twice then told to go get a drink at the bar as the system was down, they had no record of us and he would sort us in 30 mins No hot drinks at the bar which was a shame as a cup of tea would have gone down a treat here (turns out there was coffee available but they were just being “hilarious” to the new guests), so a glass of wine, a G&T which my wife swears had zero G but maybe something else which may have been alcoholic floor cleaner in it and we sat at a table speaking to another British couple going through pretty much the same scenario as us. 30 mins later I trundle back to the front desk, wait for ten mins to speak to the same guy who told me to go back to the bar for another half an hour. 15 mins later I approached the desk and this time I was just waved away without a word so promptly phoned TUI, politely explained to them my wife was reaching a point of unhappiness not conducive to my mental wellbeing and I would be incredibly grateful if a few of the stronger words in the local language would be imparted to the utter jobsworth on the desk. I just handed my phone to a person at the desk, quite possibly jumping the queue of other frustrated clients (for which I do profusely apologise) Well this galvanised some action first we were given a blue wrist band which my wife, who is quite astute when it comes to getting what we paid for questioned this, most people were getting blue and only the odd one or two getting purple (the (pointless) upgrade) ones and she had guessed (rightly) they were the ones we should have had. Local equivalent of “opps, my bad” was uttered along with what I am fairly sure were some profanity’s and purple wrist bands issued, a bell hop in wellies was summoned and off to our romance suite we drudged on foot to through increasingly deeper puddles. Up to a room which looked like someone had very recently half-heartedly swabbed with a mop of what smelt like swamp water, bags dumped and bellhop retreated with 5 US but leaving us with no clue about anything. Hand on my heart the place was filthy, my dogs have better accommodation at their kennels when we go away, there was what we shall politely call faecal matter around the toilet seat, the shower was disgusting and full of hair, one of the sinks was blocked and the sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed, the floor was wet and the whole place smelt awful. By this point all we wanted to do was shower and sleep, skipped the shower and climbed into bed with shorts and a t-shirt on and wrote the entire day off promising my exceedingly annoyed wife that I would sort first thing Woke up around 4am due to time difference and then went for a wander looking for the open all night place to get a coffee / tea / snack that all 5* & if I am honest many 4* hotels have for the guests with time zone issues. Nothing, a security guard in the grounds just shrugged at me, when I found my way back to reception and asked for tea/coffee anything hot I was looked at blankly and told no, 7am and what I now know to be the main buffet. Yay. I said our room was rubbish and I needed to change to what we had booked, again blank look, pointed at another desk and told 9am which I guess was fair enough but a smidge of sympathy would have been welcome Wandered through the grounds getting the first of many insect bites even though I was covered in repellent & even though they don’t normally bite me and slowly came to the realisation that there was many construction projects on the go. Double yay. Waded through more puddles and found the beach and watched the sky turn a deep red then pink while waiting for the sun to come up and reveal a weed covered slip of sand while the dawn chorus kicked in. Not realising that all the sand fleas & flys where having a huge banquet on my ankles and calf’s This was my introduction to the Catalonia Bavaro and if you are a Brit with limited Spanish looking for a nice hotel to chill in the Dominican Republic, then I urge you to choose another hotel. At 9am I trundled down to the service desk prepared for a fight or to go to another hotel (which with hindsight I wish I had just done) and a lovely lady called Marie apologised profusely, blamed the hurricane and said we would be moved to a room in the romance block at 3pm. So with another pretty much wasted day we agreed and when (after requesting a ground floor room – too many motorbike accidents on the track) we were shown our first floor (2nd floor to the DR / Americans which caused a minor wth moment) romance room which was quite nice and MUCH better than the gulag room we had foisted on us to begin with though as it was next to one of the blocks being refurbished it was far from perfect. The staff are mostly rude or disinterested, they make no effort to engage in or accommodate the English language, the place is a building site with the sound of pneumatic drills in the pool area audible across all the accommodation blocks and then hammering and construction noise from the refurbishment work competing with that. Which also leads to the ever present smell of things being burnt, not sure if it’s from the refurbishment going on, the gardeners clearing up after the hurricane or theres a local pyromaniac who just likes burning things, the one saving grace of this burning smell is that it covers the smell of sewage if you are lucky which, depending on the wind can be quite nauseating At the weekend there was an influx of locals which I believe is common across the DR but does have the side effect of increasing the “entertainment” noises from loud and slightly annoying to ear shattering, fills the one pool with drink holding people to the point there’s no room for a swim. They have paid their money and want to have a good time & I fully appreciate that but they have no consideration for the Gringo’s who have also paid and want to relax. It’s a clash of cultures the locals win hands down With the dominance of locals raucously filling the entire complex we decided to have room service via the inhouse app (your only choice, they won’t take orders over the phone) on Saturday night and being in one of the “premium” romance suites I was expecting something worth talking about. It was certainly was one of the many talking points of our stay. The choice consisted of mainly cheese burger, fruit, chicken burger, some sort of triangle thing in flat bread I am not quite sure what to make of, Caesar salad, a club sandwich with a small plate of random fruit as the only pudding option some served with cold, anaemic fries. Everything we had via room service was at best warm and invariably greasy No drink options at all, no booze quality or not, no hot drinks, no cocktails, no fizz. Nothing. Called room service to question this and was told simply there were only drink options (tea/coffee/juice) options available with breakfast Sampled the Steakhouse which was okay, meat wasn’t what we would call premium, service times were long, I would have walked out in the UK, wait staff giving bread to Spanish speaking clients but not the Brits, no coffee available after the meal, waiting ages for drink top ups, having to ask for water, just generally poor service and mediocre food, we then ventured the next night into the Italian again with long wait times for so so food but here at least the wait staff were entertaining and made an effort, clearly fishing for tips but the one time I felt they actually deserved some. The only place we ate or drank that my wine or water glass was rarely empty and we laughed with the staff. Didn’t fancy the tapas place after speaking to a couple of other brits who were less than complimentary about it. We mainly ate in the two Buffett restaurants which clearly cater for the Spanish and European market as that appears to be the majority of their clientele along with the locals. The foods okay, standard buffet food, pasta stations if you can be bothered to queue for 10/15 mins or so for standard pasta station fare, egg / omelette stations in the morning which were decent, a couple of station cooking beef/fish/pork etc to order, fresh bread, salads etc you wont starve but you won’t be excited about going for meals after the second day as there is no swapping the menu like may holiday hotels, it’s the same things every day. A few birds in the dining area as I have seen in pretty much every holiday hotel, worse by the beach where the food is more accessible to them but nothing you haven’t seen before and probably worse and be prepared to chase staff for water and a cuppa (after explaining AGAIN that you wanted hot water, black tea and some cold milk. Seriously guys is providing a morning cuppa to the Brits such a strain?) yet another table will sit down and be waited on without hesitation. Behind the Casino is a small parade of shops which are mostly overpriced tat with disinterested staff who also cant be bothered to pretend to speak English even to sell you their overpriced tat and outrageously priced imported foodstuffs if you crave American branded crisps and chocolate along with a smashing little coffee shop who’s staff seem to delight in practicing their English on you while serving excellent coffee. I feel I must mention the pharmacy which was staffed with probably the most ignorant, ill-mannered and rude member of staff I came across in a trip of ill-mannered and rude people. We were both being bitten and reacting quite badly to insect bites, logically the best place for advice, maybe repellent and soothing creams would be the pharmacy in pretty much any country in the world. This woman would not have been out of place on the front desk of Fawlty Towers. I ended up paying £22 ish for 8 antihistamines of a different/local brand to the ones we bought with us (piriteze) but the effort to get those was draining and this was me clutching at straws for some relief from the reactions we were having. For clarification we have stayed for 10/14 days in Bahamas, Barbados, Antigua, St Lucia etc occasionally in full rainy season as well as Turkey, all over Greece, Many different cities and resorts in Egypt with my wife occasionally getting bites but I never react. I have more itchy lumps and bumps on me as I write this in the UK than a geological survey of the moon. We were equipped with some orange Can I got from the mini market and recognised from Amazon (go maybe?) , smidge which my wife swears by as a rule, Avon soft and go which she wears all the time, a green can of American jungle formula stuff loaded with Deet which we carry for emergencies (deets pretty unhealthy stuff), we then purchased red, oily local stuff which claimed to be formulated for the DR and full of citronella from mini market and nothing deterred the little “things”. I like to think of myself as a fairly green person (ignoring the hypocrisy of the air miles for our holidays), I am way more save the whale than eat a can of tuna but I am totally down for fogging against mossies. They don’t do that here and they have a lot of water around the complex that’s not the sea which would explain why a blind person could run their hands over my torso and be entertained for hours, do the same round my ankles and come up with a complete new concerto to rival Tchaikovsky it would be that violent The general rudeness is next level, My Spanish is very rudimentary but I do know when I am being insulted by people who think my Spanish is non-existent, the amount of times I was demeaned by staff for being a brit was shocking. I was at best the son of many different mammals or fish, at worst I am not actually sure many of the suggestions are anatomically possible and trying to not get “enthusiastically argumentative” when they insulted my wife or letting on to her they were being rude was at times very hard. Top tip if you are a TUI customer, don’t bother with the TUI rep. We went to the TUI rep area and not only did he completely blank us while talking to one of the hotel staff for 5 mins before disinterestedly deigning to note our presence, say he was busy and come back later, walking past us in the reception bar saying nothing after looking right at us, then when we did manage to have his attention later trying to sell us packages we weren’t interested in and nothing like the trips we did want to do, telling us a load of old cobblers about the overpriced ATV trip we did. There was another rep in the lobby pushing trips to Congo Bongo (don’t bother) who was much more knowledgeable, helped us out loads and sold us 2 very nice trips at decent prices. We have had the “privilege” / enhanced upgrade in other hotels that in theory get you adult only / nicer bits of the beach, occasionally a private / separate part of the pool, better rooms, enhanced services, better drinks, your own guest relations teams etc, etc in this hotel the “privileged” area of the beach wasn’t policed, there was only one pool that you couldn’t get a lounger at anyway, it was basically pointless having the upgrade here While I have no issues with getting my own drinks, its nice to occasionally be offered a drink while sitting at the beach or by the pool, I was only offered a drink by a waiter/waitress ONCE and that while I was sitting in the bar near reception that was maybe 5 steps from the bar. I think this is the only 4 or 5 star hotel we have stayed where there was no drinks service I am now sitting at home with my dogs at my feet, not as warm but far comfier, itching from all the bites, vowing never to go back to the DR. I rarely write these reviews, my thoughts are normally the same as the majority of other reviewers so what’s the point?, If somewhere is exceptional I will do my utmost to say nice things and encourage people visit but in this case if I can help one person not have such an awful experience as we did then I am all for it. I am fully aware that there was a hurricane and the grounds were not as pristine as they were by the time we left. That doesn’t bother me, I am aware that it is a Spanish speaking country but you advertise with UK tour companies and want my tourist money at least make an effort to accommodate me, see my Egyptian example above & FOR GOD SAKE FOG THE GROUNDS.

Not a five star hotel or services. Facilities are run down, most rooms are leaking due to what I can only assume is faulty plumbing. Golf course was not available as they were working on it, of which we had not been notified. Nothing done to mitigate the fact that if you wanted to play golf you had to leave the resort and pay an extortionate price. Half of the pool was being re done, so the pool bar became out of use. We had not been notified of this either. There was birds eating the food in the pool buffet which is far from hygienic, the staff did not do anything to stop that. There was dairy products in the vegan section. A part from the cleaning lady the rest of the staff was not the kindest or 5 star staff compared to other Hotels. Every few days there would be salesmen around the bar area trying to sell us alcohol and cigars and souvenirs, they were very persistent in a kind of passive aggressive way which was not enjoyable. Our friends found mould on their piece of cake from the steakhouse restaurant. So many things let this hotel down which is a shame as the infrastructure is decent, just needs some work.

When you don’t speak Spanish good luck to you . Staff extremely rude everywhere expect spa and ladies in small cafe In there shopping mall .when you go to reception with anything they just can’t help you with anything . They make you feel like you are nothing . On our second day stay they stray renovating the pool ( very badly need it ) , but they didn’t inform us at all . Yes we stayed when was hurricane there and it was awful for one day I get that, but after them when we asked when they reopening the restaurants or casino answer was literally nothing . I was speaking with one lady in reception and manager came in and start speaking with her in Spanish didn’t even apologize just kept taking . We stayed in privileged room . There was nothing privileged about it just if you count very bad water pressure , holes in towels , missing wall paper of the wall . Than we were extremely privileged. Bathroom sinks were blocked . Piece under the sink was missing of the wall . The hotel inside is just horrible and not 5* at all !!! I wouldn’t even give them 3* . 99% of staff are rude to you whenever you ask for a drink or order the food and just ask for small help !!!! And what shocked me the most that even the managers they don’t care at all if you are satisfied or at least happy . But when you start waving money front of their face than they care , but if you not planning to tip for every single drink what is included than you are of your luck because you won’t get any nice service at all . You have to be happy they serve you in the end . If you have a chance PLEASE DONT STAY IN THIS HOTEL IT IS JUST RIP OFF .

As per my reviews, you’ll notice I was here on the adults side in 2019. Returned with large group to the family side Sept 14th. This resort needs an overhaul. Rooms-we stayed in Privilege room. We had flat pillows, door lock issues to the point new lock had to be installed, air conditioning issues where the resort sets the temperature and you can’t lower it below 24 degrees, water leaking from vent at front entrance and through the drywall, shower the water is either boiling or freezing-absolutely no control regarding the water temperature, ceiling fan day one wasn’t working a fuse or electrical issue not sure, but the icing on the cake, called front desk 2 times over 2 hour period and finally went to front lobby before any action. They just either don’t care or don’t have staff. Pool- 1/2 shut down! This was not disclosed during booking. Under repair! Beach- sea grasses however after the hurricane the most beautiful beach ever. So that’s one good thing to come out of the hurricane Food- can’t complain. The food was fabulous, one of the reasons for 4 star rating Staff- hit and a miss but mostly fabulous staff! We were there during hurricane, I felt the hotel did a fabulous job taking care of us. Food care packages to our rooms, extended buffet open to accommodate everyone before the storm hit. I feel for the people of the DR they have a huge clean up ahead of them.

This place look like an oasis on the internet. This place can be an oasis if the management and some staff members were removed. It took almost 2 hours to check in at the front desk. The beach was disgusting full of seaweed. The staff members would not clean the seaweed it was all over the beach. Whenever you call information (front desk) they would give you the wrong information all the time. Room service took over two 1/2 hours to get the food even after I called numerous times. Was annoyed by all the street vendors on the resort trying to sell me something . The Buffet felt like you were eating in the sauna it was so hot because it’s outside. The food was subpar. Our best meal was Wendy’s in the airport leaving Punta Cana. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS RESORT!!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS RESORT!!!!!!!!!

The main part of the hotel, pool and beach are stunning the rooms are shocking, run down leaks and blockages on a daily basis. After all that said the foods is amazing but the worse of all is some (not all) of the staff I would say are bordering racist especially towards the English! We have just had some friends leave and only knew them for 2 days of our holiday and they have experienced the same treatment! My girlfriend asked politely for an ash tray and the lady serving slammed the ash tray on the bar without a word spoken! These type of incidents keep happening! The entertainment team are so rude towards the English they will walk right past you not involve you at all! The French entertainment team simply look you up and down in disgust. Our friends asked WHY before they left and one of the entertainment team that will talk to you started that the boss of the hotel has told the staff not to communicate with the English it’s DISGUSTING! We attended the karaoke evening and they just simply would not let us sing??? They just skipped the songs?? I walked to ask why this was happening in a polite manor and security was called?!?! We just want to come home, all the English are felt like they do not belong, I have never felt so uncomfortable on any holiday. Andy andymully007@gmail.com

We were a family of fourteen people who were reserved for four rooms and they all found us a mess, between water leaks, smell of sewage and human waste, dead animals in the bathrooms, absence of towels, furniture with a cushion burned by an iron, one of the broken beds, one of the damaged air conditioning, unfriendly and resolute staff, poorly cooked repetitive food, in short, a disaster, a deception, I do not recommend it at all, refrain from consequences. The hotel manages three kinds of rooms or staff and they are racist by nature, which they do not tell you when you buy in the places where they carry out misleading advertising that they do so that people buy lower prices, from the outset, they sell you what is not for then give you a deception that ends in the worst you can imagine, which ranges from giving you destroyed rooms in poor condition in which you don't even have Room Service to ending up in a place where most of the time there are no restaurants with a variety of food open, aside, places like restaurants don't even have air conditioning, it's all outdoors with crows in the kitchens. You ask the staff for something and they disappear or do not attend to you, that is, they never do what you ask as if they were bored or forced, they do not have respect or kindness, many of them say that the hotel is only there to get money, but not to invest money, which is why most of them are disgusted with the horrible place where they work. Never, never in my life, never in my existence do I come back to this place or have it given to me. Thank God we got out of this hotel alive and healthy because everything in general was horrible, and I'm not saying this, the whole family saw how horrible this hotel pigsty is, they treated us very poorly, compared to other hotels like the Riu, the Majestic, the Meliá, are a thousand times superior to the similar thing they offered us.

The staff are all lovely , it’s a massive resort with plenty to do , make sure to take fillers for tipping I found that the staff look after you with a few dollers here and there. The rooms are all lovely and clean , free mini bar topped up daily with no extra charge The beach was lovely , found it was much quieter then the pool. The food in all restaurants and buffets was good , not excellent but good, I enjoyed every meal. Great choice of cocktails if that’s your thing, only one choice of beer called presidente , 5% which is fairly strong but I enjoyed it, it’s served cold every time. The gardens are kept in good nick, had minimal issues with bugs and mosquitoes. Only advice is don’t leave any valuables in luggage on way to Dominican Republic , nothing to do with this hotel but some belongings were stolen at the airport. Also everything in this country including this hotel is negotiable with USD. If you plan on doing any extra activities always haggle, we did loads and found we paid basically half of what their original price was every single time. Also if you want to scuba don’t ask anyone at the hotel reception go to the boys on the beach , they are the official PADI scuba school and charge much less for the official thing. Would highly recommend this resort for family’s or couples even friends! The

I have been here for 2 weeks an am currently still here luckily leaving tomorrow. I came to this hotel due to my partner had been previously an spoken very highly of the hotel. On arrival we wasn’t shown anything it was get your key and find stuff for yourself. The entertainment staff didn’t look happy if they wasn’t flirting with customers they was sitting down. Got to give credit to Josea, Ricky, King Kong, Winnie-Annie they spoken to all different customers from morning till night, constantly smiling and looked like they enjoyed there job. However on the other hand the “supervisor” didn’t smile, didn’t interact with the English people, Everything said or shown was aimed a lot for the Spanish. The restaurant near the pools is a bird house, you either have birds landing on chairs, eating the fruit, sitting in there poo or wafting them away from your table totally disgraceful to say the least. Lookea entertainment staff mix with all customers they make sure you are okay and explain the ins and out of the hotel so you understand it all a top team to if you ever do book this hotel. The rooms are in a need of a bit of TLC from broken mirrors, lights, dirty towels, green doors. To top it all off the pool is also closed due to maintenance being carried out, however us customers weren’t aware of this situation until we noticed the pools had been drained and minimal water left There was no signs around the holiday village. To start working in the pool while people are swimming & relaxing is a joke in it self, hammering away around kids this made you feel like you had to go back your room as the atmosphere was uncomfortable. A holiday is for a peaceful relaxing time not to be swimming around stuff that been chipped away by the work men or trying to make conversation with entertainment staff or worrying about if a bird has pecked at the food before you have put on your plate. The list goes on … I will not be returning I will be making TUI aware of the situation not just for me but other customers who booked through them.

I came to this hotel in 2019 with my family and we had the most amazing time. I decided to return because of how good it was but with my partner however my return was shocking. I would say that without some of the entertainers it would be even worse. King Kong,Ricki and Josea were such good entertainers and spoke to us everyday. However there were entertainers such as the entertainment supervisor and Karen who did not smile, didn’t put any effort into doing the shows or entertainment. We had been having breakfast and lunch in the restraunt by the pool but the birds eating the buffet and pooing all over chairs got worse. One day we were seated at a table covered in bird poo including the chairs so we moved and the table was the same so we left. The staff just watch the birds eat the buffet and don’t do anything about them. In our room we had a mirror hanging off the wall in the bathroom, sockets with missing pieces, green door and swarms of flies on the balcony. Today is our last day thankfully as we woke up this morning we noticed the pool was being drained. We went for lunch and two ladys who we had spoke to approached us and informed us that the staff were starting work on the pool tomorrow and half of the pool will be closed and so will the pool bar. How they can do this I have no idea. A family said they had spoke to Tui and they have said they are coming up with a solution in 24 hours and anyone who is flying out or has just checked in have been told the pool is closed. There is NO notice signs at all to tell you this is happening. It is so poor and I’m really disappointed I’m just greatful we made great friends in some of the entertainment staff. I will not be returning
