Resort Excellence Similar story with everything after the pandemic Resorts are getting back to their high level of excellence and we actually saw improvement as the week progressed . If the 3 resorts there we have done them all. All are Excellent this one the Falcon is Newer . The swim up experience suites top notch . My recommendation is the Falcon Let’s start with mostly positives Beautiful new or newer property Wow effect for sure at main lobby and registration Huge 1 and 2 bedroom suites Swim up experience wonderful Big semi private pools Patios and jacuzzi were excellent No complaints on the room AC worked great The Bed is the best there is in no any hotel I ever stated at . Turn down nightly service excellent The staff suite friendly The drinks are excellent and plentiful The grounds were very clean The servers were super friendly Notable mentions Our assigned Concierge Omar was super . A great example of above and beyond service. Respectful , gracious , affable and super friendly . Top notch in his field. The Breakfast server at Origin Marylin- Wow what service with a smile . I’ve been coming to this resort for the past 5 years, but this time was very special as my husband and I were celebrating our 6 year wedding anniversary. Our concierge Deilis went above and beyond to ensure that it was an unforgettable evening. But even before then her attentiveness during check in and her daily communication made our experience great our entire time there. Words truly can’t express how grateful I am that we had her by our side <3 I did encounter some housekeeping issues, which is why I’m not giving 5 stars. However, Deilis was there every step of the way to ensure our issues were resolved.

Fantastic all round. Would definitely visit again. Staff are brilliant throughout. Rooms v luxurious. Pool area is fantastic and the restaurants are great. The members restaurant Amor de Mar is absolutely fantastic. Food is genuinely top quality restaurant standard and a v good selection of wines. The staff Veronica and Rosemary made the meals we ate there even more enjoyable. The beach restaurant is also good. The only downside is the distance to the beach. 10/15 min walk or a golf cart ride down. We had to wait 20 mins for a buggy on occasion. Would highly recommend this resort to others. The members benefits are top quality. Great for families and couples alike

Just very disappointed in my overall stay and please take into consideration that I'm paying over $50,000 to be a member and did not felt appreciated at all!! On top of that I have to pay the all-inclusive price upon my arrival as well. Was not what I was expecting it to be.

My family and I travel to Falcon’s resort from August 13 to the 21st, (seven days and 8 nights) I can honestly say this was one of the best family trips we’ve ever had. We did the beyond swim up suite because we wanted to have the convenience of accessing the pool right from our patio door. When you book the beyond swim up suite, you also received a concierge. Our concierge, Patry was absolutely amazing and made out visit a breeze. She managed all our restaurant bookings, make sure we knew every day what was going on with activities on the resort, and any small issues down to even confirming our pick up time to head back to the airport, She was all able to do for us . The facility was beautiful, and the food was great. The drinks were great as well. My husband and I decided that this is going to be our family vacation destinations when we just want to relax and enjoy our time together.…

Just back from Falcon Suites such a beautiful Hotel . Up there with the best of Vegas .However apart from the wonderful facilities it is the Staff who are the Stars and who will make your vacation such a success. People like Marilyn ensuring your breakfast and lunch are memorable. Melia are lucky to have this lovely , vivacious,lady as an asset . Accompanied by Andreas they are a great team . Yan our Concierge on this visit was great ensuring our Restaurants were booked as requested. Yam speaks great English accompanied by a wide warm smile. His great asset is the fact he listens and takes on board what you need to make your vacation successful. Yan has a quiet calm demeanour however engage him in conversation and you’ll find an ambitious,enthusiastic young man .Exactly the sort of Person Melia like to pick up to encourage and Mentor. The resort is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the food in the buffet for lunch and dinner it could use some more options. Also when at the pool or beach i would have staff come out to ask for drinks and food more often.
