Four Points Punta Cana is the best near airport hotel in the Dominican Republic! Thank you to Leidy and all the others at reception. Thank you to the breakfast and lunch staff. Thank you to Aquiles and all the others who work as shuttle drivers. So near Punta Cana airport you can literally walk there. They will help you with airport related issues and with excursions of all kinds. I went to Ojos Indigenas, Playa Blanca, Catamaran & Snorkeling, Swim Horse and Isla Saona thanks to Kirsy who was quite helpful with all of my outings which some included shuttle service that she made sure was running on schedule. The other members of staff at the hotel were also friendly and hard working.

Very nice reception staff. Was given a smoking room initially, even though stated non smoking. TV shows terminal B airport departures, why not terminal A? Rooms require maintenance/ upgrading. Shower shampoo requires walking other side. TV channels - poor reception. Breakfast very poor. Rude, unprofessional and uncaring waiters, esp. the person who takes room numbers like being asked prison number. No eye contact. Manners need much improvement. Giving instruction by hand gestures! Good free transport to airport, shopping centre and beach. Be aware of USD 20 tax to pay at check in! Can get suddenly busy due to wedding events/ airline staff stay.

International standard hotel, very friendly staff, room usual size, clean. The windows cannot be opened. Good breakfast buffet, own shuttle to the airport. Unfortunately, there is no way to separate the rubbish properly

We enjoyed our stay here and there were many options for eating across the street in the village. The rooms were clean and neat. Pool was very nice and well maintained. Not much for options for TV in English with the only US news channel was Fox News( which I no longer consider news at all) The food was ok but unless you ate there immediately after it was cooked the food was cold. (Too large of containers and too small of flame) Seemed the bacon and sausage was over cooked and dry but I think that is perhaps the Dominican way as we found this at other restaurants as well. There is a shuttle that goes to the beach but ask for a schedule each day for pickup and drop off times. We did have to wait for over an hour to be picked up by the shuttle and airport personnel didn’t seem to know where we were to be picked up as there is no place that tells specifically where the pickup is. Recommend you take a $10 taxi ride from the airport as it is just a short distance from the airport.…

As we arrived late in Punta Cana, we stayed here overnight before transferring to our destination resort the next morning. We had a pleasant stay as we found the hotel and our room very clean and spacious, and bed comfortable. All the staff very friendly especially the complementary shuttle driver. The hotel is very well located as it was less than a 10 minute ride from PUJ, and situated across is a nice charming little mall (Punta Cana Mall) where we had a delicious meal at La Cava).

If you look for a stop between your transatlantic flight or a late arrival at PUJ and the beginning of a road trip to the Dominican Republic, feel at home there : it’s comfy, the bar is awesome, there are restaurants nearby, the staff is welcoming and helpful, the breakfast is perfect and you have a pool : this hotel transforms the first or late overnight stay in a holiday night : a real good surprise.

Flights were cheaper the day before our resort reservation, so booked this as a stop over. Biggest issue was with the shuttle. We had communicated via chat prior to leaving for Punta Cana. The direction provided in the chat were completely misleading and resulted in us waiting 90 mins in the wrong location despite 4 phone calls and finally the kindness of a stranger at the airport led us in the right direction. No acknowledgment or apology from hotel when we finally arrived. Room was basic. View of surrounding buildings. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Would not rush back.

Our room (a suite) was ok, but I would have preferred being told we had been allocated an accessible room. I almost had an injury with the toilet, much lower than expected 😚 We didn’t have the easiest experience getting the bus from the airport, but the hotel was pretty decent and suited our needs. The evening happy hour was very welcomed!

The room was with A strange smell and also full of cockroaches all over the room also the bed stinks, the worst hotel, the say the breakfast was included but I prefer to eat in another cuz if we have roaches in the room I can't imagine the kitchen.
