We stayed at the end of May 2018, we were 2 couples aged 40s and 20s. The staff were friendly, room excellent with fridge stocked daily. Nice and clean, grounds beautiful. 15 mins from airport - perfect.

The dress code on the family side (Italian-Japanese-Steak house) is casual - They will let the men in with shorts and a T-shirt/golf shirt. There are only two restaurants on the adult side which require men to wear long pants: The Cata Tapas and the Thalasa. They are quite strict about it
Women can generally get away with almost anything other than a bathing suit - I do enjoy dressing up for dinner though
