The ideal B&B - intimate, friendly, discrete Ideal facilities. Every attempt is made to achieve your comfort. The modern accommodation is set in a historic environment (a written history going back to pre-Roman times is available). The village is easily accessible to Mold. The individually cooked English breakfast was preceded by fruit juice , fruit and a selection of pastries...

After reading other reviews I had great expectations and was not disappointed. We were greeted on arrival by Dominic who welcomed us warmly, showed us our rooms and assured us we need only ask if we needed anything else. We had the one at the back which is very roomy and bright with a huge comfortable brass bed, lovely high...

Beautiful location and super friendly people. It was so quiet there and the beds were very comfy so I slept like a log. Croissants, pain au chocolate and pain au raisan in the morning was a real treat. I would go back for sure.

As it was New Years Eve Sandrine gave us a lovely suprise with a bottle of champagne to celebrate. A ver kind and mucb appreciated gesture!

I am unsure if I have ever stayed anywhere so beautiful with such an attentive family to look after our complex family needs. Breakfast was great; but more than this was the warmth and acceptance by this beautiful, thoughtful family to make our stay the best x We all thank them so much x

Hafan Deg has everything, beautiful scenery, amazing rooms, cleanliness and the most helpful staff. I accidentally booked a room for one rather than two, but that was no problem for Hafan Deg which upgraded me for a small fee. We travelled down to Mold for a wedding so we requested an early book in which was no problem at all....

First of all, we were allowed to check in earlier than was first advertised, which was fantastic. Kudos to the hosts! They were more than accommodating for our needs and pointed us in the right way. Plus no curfew which made us more relaxed at the Wedding Reception we attended down the road. Oh and the bounty of breakfast that...

Charming house with big rooms and full bathroom in our suite. Charming hosts and nice breakfast. The sitting room very cosy with a fire. Real family home. There is a pub up the lane with good food. Recommended.
