We had a wonderful stay at the Amaudo, in fact most people have said everything that can be said in the way of superlatives. Our room was clean, comfortable and well furnished with a lovely view. The pool was fantastic and the grounds well maintained...More

Hi Anushka, There is a small beach (more like a cove) down a steep path at the foot of the hill below the hotel. Pretty slippery path, so be careful; or you may take the main road. For a much better beach experience, take a five minute drive to the St. Francois beach, or a 10/12 minute drive to the St. Anne beach.
As a side note, you should definitely go to the Marche Nocturne (night market) at the center of St. Francois. Great fruits, veggies, and local cuisine.
Have a great trip.
