Very disappointing. We got an upgraded room and I was shocked at the shabby rooms . There was nothing stocked in the minibar, not even complimentary water was available. In the rooms. We checked at the front desk and was informed that they do not give complimentary Water and we would have to purchase our own. Breakfast was not exceptional....

I attended a dinner event here on 14 December held in the Legacy Suite. The hotel looked beautiful on entry but the service was a calamity of errors from start to finish. The banqueting manager failed to provide the wifi password despite repeated requests and she had clearly forgotten the request. It was 1.5 hours into the event before our...

I booked into the Pegasus on the recommendation of the Ministry of Tourism for a 10 day business trip to Kingston. I must admit they got off to a shaky start as the airport pick up I had booked did not show up - however there was no problem getting a taxi at the airport and it actually cost US$10...

This hotel is centrally located. That's about the good comment I can make. We were given a room on the 10th floor next to a junk room. That is the area we had to walk to access the ice machine. I'll post pictures. The checkin staff was not friendly or courteous. The carpets obviously need deep cleaning as the entire...

This hotel is being renovated so ask for a renovated room. Bathrooms are much nicer, and definitely get a balcony room facing the pool if you can it's much quieter at night then facing busy traffic etc. Stayed here a few weeks on business and have to say the bed was the worst. Hard as a rock, just not comfortable....

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts following your recent stay with us. I will be sending you a note 'off line' to find out the room number you stayed in as we changed all our mattresses fairly recently and yours is the first complaint we have received. Hopefully we did not forget your room!! We have...

During a recent visit to Kingston, a group of us popped into the Pegasus New Kingston hotel for drinks. We decided to spend our time by the pool.and settled for a shaded area on the lower level, at the foot of the steps up to the bar. To be fair, there were several people seated around the bar and the...

Though we love receiving positive commentary about our guests' experiences here at the Pegasus, we also appreciate a honest critique as well. Your words clearly indicate that we need to pay more attention to this area and our food and Beverage Managers are presently putting together an action plan so no other will share a similar experience. Thank you sincerely...

This hotel is well located with great views, but it could use a refurbish at this point. I have heard about this hotel numerous times and I know that a lot of foreigners stay here (the Canadian under 17 soccer team was present), so I know it does well. The ceiling in the lobby looked weathered. The room my wife...

You are correct - it is often the little issues that separate to great from the good. I personally used your review in my Executive Meeting when I received it as we went through each point and put an action plan in place to ensure no recurrence. We are renovating the entire hotel and have been doing so for the...

Food is amazing in this Hotel - be it dining in the Restaurant or in room service - the food is great. Rooms are of good size, with a great view of the mountains on one side and a view of the park and swimming pool on the other (stayed in rooms on either side). If you are looking for...

I appreciate your taking the time to review your stay at the Pegasus and was pleased to learn that in general your stay was a pleasant one. The speed at check in and out is an issue that we are working on and we are aware of it. It has to do with internet and connectivity in the main part...

The hotel is right in front of the Emancipation Park where many locals exercise. It is safe to walk/run there. Lobby was renovated a few years ago and it is very big and nice.
