This hotel is one of the best in Negril. The only thing that I could comment negatively about would be the room bedding should be updated. The bathrooms are nice. Loved having coffee in the room, and a refrigerator. We did have an ant problem but they sprayed for them and that really helped. The beach is amazing. Michelle and...

Food was great. Most of he staff was great, however, Rocquel was remiss in bringing my change back and when ask three times she was rude and curt when confronted with bringing Change back to me. This is not indicative of the majority of the staff.

I'll try not to repeat what other reviewers have already praised the resort for--e.g. lush and beautifully maintained grounds, spacious rooms, swimming pools, security, etc. So, here are a couple of tips and things we loved about our stay in this resort: 1. The front desk staff is very efficient and accommodating in case you may have any problems with...

Best staff, so friendly and helpful. Erica is an amazing maid. Room super clean. Change sheets daily. Great bartenders and security people. Front desk made everything wonderful. The best part are the 3 events per week. Live reggae music with best ever BBQ, cocktail party at pool with free rum punch and DJ was a bkast, and karaoke night too....

We didn't stay at Coco but sunned down the beach at Sun Beach. We came to Marley's few times for breakfast and it was really terrific! All of the baking is done on premises, and it showed. The banana bread was served warm and was sooooo good. The croissants that the sandwiches were served in were incredible. Coffee was delicious...

When going during the shoulder season prices even on beach side hotels are quite reasonable. Coco has a beautifully landscaped property with 2 large pools (one overlooking the ocean) and a secluded jacuzzi, which was perfect for evening relaxation. The rooms were large with king sized beds, strong a\c, plenty of hot water and some have a nice balcony. The...

We go to Negril every year and this is the second time we've stayed at Coco La Palm. The first was over fifteen years ago, and I must say, it has improved 1000%! Check in was very easy and pleasant, especially after a nightmare flight from Air Canada Vacations! Our room was spacious, and clean. it was in the original...

I am so happy we found Cocolapalm. It is waaaay better than the last place we stayed at while in Negril. It has all the amenities one needs. Coffee maker in room (huge deal for me), in-room safe enough to fit up to a couple of tablets, refrigerator, ironing board and even some aloe vera in case you get sunburned....

This was our seventh stay at Coco and it never gets old. This trip, however, we were surprised by all of the upgrades to the property over the past year. Previously, the new building was erected and the beach café had been expanded; this year, Marley's By the Sea restaurant was enlarged and covered. The main bar was also extended...
