First off, WOW!! This resort is incredible. From the time you walk in till the time you walk out, you are well taken care of. This staff goes above and beyond to ensure you’re take care of! ‘If you come here and have a bad time, there’s something wrong with you’! The food, the photographers, the staff, the entertainers, the bartenders, the house keeping and maintenance, and the management team are all excellent! The following team members did a fantastic job ensuring everyone in our group was well taken care of! The following folks get a special shout-out for making us feel as if we were at home, Jason, Telvin, Keron, Krystal, Alfred, Dillon, Andrew and Kemmola!! We came for a wedding and will certainly be back for personal pleasure!! Cannot say enough good things!!!

Our house keeping staff Naycha was amazing. She was the friendliest staff we met. She did a phenomenal job, made us feel welcome and spoiled! We stayed in room 3304 which was a gorgeous room. Our dear Naycha one love! ❤️

First trip to Jamaica and it was great. Sandals Negril was so fun and great food. Great employees also. Our butlers Christopher and semoy are great. Kimonos cooks rocky and Daniel were very fun and made great food. Photographer and wedding planner were very nice and made our wedding perfect. We had an amazing time.

All-around a great experience, but one of the highlights was Chris at the Piano Bar. He makes fantastic drinks and LOVES his job. He’s also got a reputation at the resort as one of the most experienced at the resort. The best! Other highlights include the photography with Jeffrey, dinner and the sundowner, and really just all the peace and quiet. We will be back, for sure (and get more of Chris’ *special* run drinks)!!!
