I spent a lot of time researching hotels in Condado, and I am extremely glad I chose Condado Ocean Club for my stay. My boyfriend and I spent almost a week in Puerto Rico for my birthday, and we had the luxury of staying here. If i could offer any advice, it would be to book a hotel room with an ocean view as opposed to a bay view. The ocean views are worth the extra money as the bay view comes with parking lot views as well. However, my time spent here was great due to the cleanliness, comfort of the room, friendly staff with great recommendations, and of course the infinity pool. Would 100% come here again for another stay in Condado.

Hotel's Favourite
I had the pleasure of staying at this gem of a boutique hotel and it did not disapoint. The ambiance and decor was fabulous! Cleanliness was first priority and I was happy to know that the staff is taking the pandemic seriously. Juan at the front desk was extremely professional as well as personable. Krizia, Adriel, Art and the General Manager whom I got a chance to meet and learn of the new changes coming to the already superb hotel, were also warm and welcoming. My room had an amazing feel to it and was spacious and also equipped with a clothes steamer. The king sized bed was comfy and draped in the good linens that your body is sure to love... the bathroom was stocked with Malin and Goetz hair and body wash... the view of the ocean was a wonder to wake up to... The infinity pool was the best and sat smack dab next to a small beach and the ocean, which was steps from the pool. The food was tasty... I had the "Truffle Fries and the Cuban Sandwich".... breakfast was good as well. During the evening there is a free cocktail hour that had an amazing mixologist making the best drinks. I will definitely be back to this gem of a hotel and suggest that you book it Immediately!

My first time going to Puerto Rico and super excited on staying at the hotel since expedia made it more than it was. So disappointing. From the fact that I booked a room with the ocean view per the picture and got a lagoon with the parking lot.. and let's not get started on parking. U would be better off using uber. The size of the pool...which wasn't even a pool..was more like a wading/standing room pool. Then there's the ocean/beach only open til 430 and u can't swim because of the currents. Room had half a shower which means it had no door..no fridge..no microwave ..to get ice u have to go to the lobby..the $400 fee they charge for...I cant even remember what it was for. So disappointing..I cant stress that enough. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The hotel was good. There is one restaurant on site-the food is good, but it is typical 'hotel' pricing. The room was good- the bed was comfy; the shower is not fully enclosed and the whole floor gets wet; bathroom products are actually of great quality; and great location. The pool area is very small. You need to get there before 10 am or so if you want to get a set of chairs or an umbrella. The guys working the pool deck were great and more than happy to help move things around if needed. There is no spa but the Condado Vanderbilt spa is luxurious and a block away. The amenities on site do close around 8pm, but that was fine with me after doing tours and adventures all day.

I have had terrible service since checking in. I am a very patient and friendly person who has worked in the service industry and understands how important it is to be nice to hard-working people. At breakfast, I watched three tables come in after me, get serviced, and receive their food before I even got a cup of coffee brought to me and had my order taken. I finally had to go to the waiter stand and ask for my bill so I could pay in leave. Our room never got serviced for cleaning for an entire day even though we were out of the room from early morning till 4 o’clock. I just went to the bar and sat and was ignored by a waiter who helped people on either side of me. I finally got up and left after 30 minutes of saying hello, making eye contact and basically got ignored. I am checking out early and heading to another hotel. I had booked a full week here at the Ocean club. They seem to cater to everyone else around. Perhaps they do not want to encourage white middle age guys staying here. They may want to cater to the younger European crowd.
