Amazing hotel but front desk staff could be more friendly. We stayed here for 3 nights and had a late flight and asked if we could keep our room just till 3pm and we were not granted even an hour of late check out.It is a great hotel but that really put a bitter in my mouth. Love this place the staff is super friendly and always makes me feel welcomed when I visit pool area is great food and drinks at the pool bar are amazing literally everything on the menu is good trust me I’ve tried it all rooms have recently been renovated which caught by surprise this stay love it casino is always fun no shortage of things to do In area overall a great property and is my go to place to stay when I’m in beautiful Puerto Rico

Wonderful views, wonderful staff, and wonderful ambiance. Me and my family stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed the pool, casino, and cafe, did not get a chance to visit the indoor restaurant. Pool is very spacious and has and unforgettable view, will visit again soon. Shoutout to Betty Alvarez the head of security for retrieving my speaker and shipping back to me right away, very courteous and polite person. Can't wait to meet her in person next time to show my gratitude.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a hotel. It was our 25th anniversary. Carla and her team decorated our room lovely for us. She's Covered our meal when we first arrived, this was truly a five-star experience. I would recommend them highly to anyone who wants to come here and have a good time,feel appreciated, loved and welcomed. Hotel is a decent value at $209 plus the 25% in taxes and fees is excessive. Every hotel has taxes. But accommodation fees, room attendant tips where or not you have maid service, bellman tips plus associated taxes seem unnecessary. So basically the "resort" fee gets you wi fi and a welcome drink! Staff is attentive and hotel is extremely convenient for convention center.

We met my wife there who was there for a conference. Rooms were average but clean. The AC was cold so that was nice. It’s an easy walk to the convention center and across the street to the T Mobile center where there was a food area and a cool big screen common area where people were just hanging out relaxing. The casino attached is average size for the area and 95% slots. The breakfast at the hotel was a buffet style or eggs to order kind of thing. Not bad and about $32 for the buffet which is average for a hotel like this in my opinion. They had a decent assortment of snack food to grab and go also. They also have a free shuttle going to the beach and Old San Juan from 9-6. So that was useful.

We chose this hotel based on price and reviews, knowing we were not in old town where we would pick up our cruise ship. What we didn't know then was that the hotel has a shuttle that runs twice an hour into the closest beach (which was also a long walking distance) and into Old Town. We were given an end room with a large balcony overlooking the harbor (including cruise ships!) and ocean in the distance - fantastic!! I believe this was a Bonvoy upgrade, but if you will spend any time in your room with morning coffee or evening cocktails, it's well worth it! This room also had a separate living room and huge bathroom with 2 sinks. Maybe a tad dated in finishes, but well done at the time and well maintained. The pool area was also fantastic, with plenty of lounges and towels, infinity pool with a decent view, and bar/food service. Inexpensive Ubers into restaurants/bars and the cruise terminal. Breakfast buffet was great, as was the Bonvoy option for breakfast. The Bonvoy lounge was bare - coffee and sodas all day; wine only at happy hour. Huge parking lot attached. Staff very helpful and friendly. Having been here before, we felt like the one afternoon in Old San Juan was more than enough, but it's easy enough to take the shuttle if you want to see some sights, too. …

I visited the Sheraton Puerto Rico to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. Overall, our stay was pleasant and customer service was great. The hotel is located in a great location. Close to restaurants and night entertainment. The infinity pool is nice. It gets pretty crowded during peak hours. I will visit again when traveling to Puerto Rico.

The Sheraton San Juan choices restaurant is the best breakfast experience and all of Puerto Rico. I was having breakfast with my new Puerto Rican friend and business partner. we view each other as player coach after a wonderful night of blackjack we celebrated our winnings at choices restaurant. The staff are wonderful I would like to personally thank @ Keila, Stephanie, and Luis for serving us wonderful espressos and laughing at our silly jokes. Thank you for the excellent customer care. It’s been a very long week for me and my family and I’m looking to doing more business and having more fun in Puerto Rico. Buen Día!
