I had originally only booked this hotel for one night with the intentions of then leaving and exploring another part of the island, but ended up staying 4 nights because I absolutely loved the staff and location of this hotel! The receptionists were very kind and accommodating to my friends and I. We had an issue where our shower was not draining and they were very quick to help me switch my room free of charge. There were many restaurants within walking distance and it was a very quick Uber ride to Old San Juan as well. The beach also had the most beautiful views of the sunrise. Overall, my friends and I had an amazing experience and we will definitely come back!

The new look is superb, even though I just found out it’s about to be remodeled again. With the hospitality of the staff is remarkable. They went over and above to ensure my accommodations despite being oversold the first night. I truly appreciated the front desk staff and I look forward to coming back with the new renovations.

Loved my stay here. My cousin and I checked in Saturday morning and checked out Thursday. The staff was amazing! Super friendly and helpful. They helped us with anything we needed, gave us water, towels, held our bags when we checked out, and more. This hotel is at the most perfect location in Condado. Beach front access and lots of restaurants around that area. I read lots of reviews that weren't so good and was a bit nervous before hand but they were all totally wrong. Honestly, they met and exceeded my expectations for the price. If I ever come back to this beautiful island, Im definitely staying at The Tryst again. The pictures do no justice. We got the petite room and it was very spacious, beautiful bathroom, large bed (super comfy), and a huge TV. They even have a mini fridge and give complimentary coffee in the morning. STAY HERE!!!!…

The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend. The hotel is beachfront and have a nice bar that turns in a little party in the early evening hours.

The room was tooo small for two people. The bathroom stank. I was for 2 nights but nobody clean the room. They charged 20 dollars for parking but there are cheaper options walking distance. It is over priced just because it is front of the beach.

Front desk staff was very unprofessional upper management tried to intervene however in the full rooms I couldn’t fit to wash my hands water never got Hot! When i upgraded i had to turn the sink on for the shower water to get hot…great perks unlimited free water bottles and the hotel comes with limited beach chairs and umbrellas i didn’t appreciate the gender identification parties seemed offensive

Very good service over all only complaint is that there was no hot water. All employees were helpful and the location was very convenient as it was by the beach. There are a variety of restaurants near by.

They are the kindest, warmest, and attentive people. It's a happy, safe, clean and friendly vibe. Christian was at the front desk at 3am and was super at his job. Beautiful beachside view. The Bar had good food and great music.
