We are having the best experience! This hotel is amazing. It is very centric, everything is walking distance. Andrea and Pietri were so great. They went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The hotel is beautiful, quiet, and very romantic.

I live in Old San Juan and visit a different restaurant every day. I've visited this restaurant for at least 10 times and the average is a solid 2 star rating. Food is good when they serve it and don't forget your order. About 25% of time they don't have food on menu, but the worse is service. Imagine being served by newly hired employees without any hospitality experience. Now imagine the bill is served as it was a 5 star service. I would put my money some place else if you want an up to par service.

It’s the rooftop pool for me! The whole property is just beautiful and has been well restored but the rooms are very modern (albeit small and dark… it’s old San Juan after all). The location of the property is ideal for exploring all of old San Juan on foot, and while the hotel was only serving breakfast when I visited, the food and service were both good. Keep in mind if you have a car, there is no on-site parking so you need to go a block away to a public lot next to a church. The only thing that I felt didn’t match the quality of the property was the bathroom, the sink was old and had some cracks and chips and the faucet was too strong that it made water splash all over the deck (I’ve read this has happened to other people in other reviews), so you have to turn it on very slow so it doesn’t make a mess. Minor problem if anything, it’s still a fabulous boutique property!

Room Tip: Best not to have a car as parking and driving in old San Juan is very difficult.

Absolutely clean, nice furniture, the restaurant has nice vegan and vegetarian options. In these days of covid, we found a safe place to rest, chill out and enjoy. The pool is clean, have a patio with a very nice fountain and chairs, and the room was spacious.

The experience was so awesome I came just alone to celebrate my birthday and the front desk named Claudia and Keven who took good care with a great customer service and was great for suggestions where to go and celebrate. Thanks for the experience 🎉
