Read some of the negative reviews, but we found the experience to be excellent. The room was clean and large, and cleaned every day. There was no smell. The shower water pressure was excellent with plenty of hot water. There was a little noise from the street below, but nothing I would consider unusual. We both slept like logs. The associated Vieja restaurant was nice and convenient. The front hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The pool was small but clean, and the jacuzzi was good and hot. The location is great as there are many bars and restaurants in the Condado area, and it is a short Uber ride to old San Juan. We would certainly stay here again.

Hands down this was one of the best hotel experiences I have had since the pandemic. From the top notch customer service, pleasant hotel staff, inexpensive breakfast, not to mention the daily cleaning of rooms. I throughly enjoyed my stay. This hotel is literally a half a block from the beach and is located on a strip with a variety of stores and restaurants. We ate at the Vieja grill which is located inside of the hotel and the food was amazing. Also the night life is just a uber away if you dont feel like walking. This was definitely one of my best birthday trips and I cant wait to come back.Lastly I gave the sleep quality a one at no fault of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, however across the street is a CVS which tends to have a few homeless people sleeping outside at night. One of the guys owns a dog and he literally barked all day and night. Other then that I would suggest to bring some headphones since this location is on a busy street. Thanks for your hospitality.…

We were upgraded without requesting an upgrade staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing I did not appreciate was the guys smoking weed in the pool area. However the front desk was notified and they immediately addressed it.

Not much good to report after staying at Condado Palm Inn. We got a suite, with staff knowing that we needed 2 separate rooms to sleep in. We got to our suite and it was lovely on first look, but we noted that the bathroom had the door removed, making this a difficult place to stay with no privacy available. The sofa bed had no linen and none was provided. One window had a large crack all the way across it and was obscured by a large pot plant but there was no blinds, making the room light very early. The kitchen contained no bowls, forks, glasses, mugs, sponges, and the coffee maker was capable of making lukewarm coffee only. We asked for these things to be remedied given that we were paying alot for a suite. I asked for something to stick to the cracked window to make the room dark, a plug for the kitchen sink and got nothing despite daily requests. I got a plastic curtain for the bathroom only and we went downstairs to the lobby to use the toilet to avoid smelling out our suite. The fitness center was terrible with most machines broken. There were usually no towels available at the pool, and the beach chairs for guests are 2 blocks away. …

I stayed at the Condado Palm Inn and would go back! Genesis and Frances were excellent - they answered all my questions. This hotel is close to so many dining options, convenient stores, and the beach! The Ropa Vieja and the Chocobar are tasty options if you don't even want to leave the hotel. The pool is quiet and chill. Lounge chairs too. We sprung for the ocean view room, and it was breathtaking! I loved the view waking up and seeing it throughout the day. Condado is a walkable neighborhood. You can find so much! Old San Juan is an 8 to 10 minute drive away - including Uber. I enjoyed my stay and can't wait to visit PR again!

Genesis was so amazing there was an error with the room and she made the accommodations immediately. She mmade sure we had everything needed for the trip! The hotel was so clean and it’s next to a beautiful beach! If you’re going to get a room I recccomend spending the extra.
