Pro: Staff was nice. Then there's everything else. I booked four nights and ended up leaving after only one. The hotel is not in the town (I may have not understood it's location). The room was rundown. Bare-bulbs, chips in the bathroom tiles. The shower stall was TINY, I'd guess less than 3' x 3'. The room looked nothing like... More

This is no mere continental of coffee & bread. It is hot, and included with my room. I looked forward to it daily during my week of Mardi Gras. I learned some food French, as only one of the dinning staff spoke English. All the staff was eager to please. The front desk always has an English phone. This was... More

This hotel was very clean and the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. However, this hotel is in need of some updates and TLC. Parking was easy and the location was perfect to downtown as well as to the main highway. My next stay at the Squash hotel would be for the great service and location not because... More

Pros: staff is polite and helpful with any questions. continental breakfast will keep you stuffed included (bacon, sausage, eggs, croissants, rolls, raisin bread, variety of fruit, yogurt, tea, coffee, juice, etc.). bus is across the street (cut through the Curve parking lot and walk down the steps rather than walk around the block). 15 minute walk to pier where you... Room smells musty and damp. Furniture is old and shabby. Bathroom has damage on sink. Would be ok is cheap budget guesthouse but rubbish at the price this hotel charges. Everything seems run down and a bit sorry for itself. Breakfast was good, buffet with variety. Bed is large and firm but pillows are so thin they are nearly non-existent... More

If this is a hotel for business it doesn’t say much about business in Martinique. It’s very old fashioned, doesn’t look like anything’s changed since the 1980s and is below average. We stayed there for two days over New Year and would not go back.

We stayed two nights. The Good: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My high school French and willingness to (try to) speak their language might have helped. :-) They had beer for sale, and helped us order a pizza. They provided an adapter for our US plug so we could recharge our phone. Some of the rooms have excellent... More

It is true that the staff is generally nice. However, on the evening of 8/7/2015 the night staff was not nice to me. I asked them to call a taxi for our departure the next morning; I asked them in my bad French if they spoke English. They shook their heads no. There was something about the way they looked... More

Following a heart attack while on holiday my husband was put up here until my discharge then I joined him. Typical 3 star. Big airy room but absolutely no good location wise for a heart attack victim. Hills and ramps everywhere. Staff doing their best but don't visit if disabled.

I accompanied my husband on a business trip. I spent a lot of time at the hotel, since he had meetings to go to on the island. I was also working remotely, using the hotel WiFi. The pros: the breakfast was great, and plentiful. The swimming pool was clear and beautiful, overlooking the water at a bit of a distance.... More
