We loved everything about this place. Perfect location on the beautiful beach, breakfast with the sea view, privacy of small boutique hotel of only 14 rooms.. Staff was very friendly and has fulfiled any wish you had, They arranged nice island tour for us and also booked our flight from St. Barth. The bar/restaurant staff is also very friendly. They help you to feel like at home place. We defintely plan to return here :)

My wife and I recently spent 4 wonderful nights at the Pearl Beach hotel and could not have been happier. This is our 2nd time staying there. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel area is very peaceful and relaxing. The Pool, breakfast and Bar staff were just absolutely great! they work so hard so make sure you tip them! :) their attentive, nice and just overall really great people. They want you to have a great time and feel taken care of. Ditto for the front desk staff .. We found the staff to be so warm. I've stayed at a few hotels on the island over the last 15 years. We can't wait to go back. Love it there! :)

Nicolas and his great staff helped give us a wonderful day at the beach and restaurant. The service was exceptional and very attentive. Caesar drinks were perfect and the meal delicious. Highly, highly recommended. Couldn’t have asked for a better day, off the cruise, at the beach.

Pearl Beach Hotel is paradise!!!! The staff, the food the beachfront villa and the view make this the happiest beach place in the world. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all great here. Too bad only 24 hours in each day at Pearl.

The hotel is conveniently located on St Jean beach, near Eden Rock and walking distance to St Jean shopping and eating area. We stayed in a beatiful large room on the first floor with garden view. The hotel is attentive to little details: little financiers in the room in the evening, no shortage of coffee pods or towels :)). We also liked the cocktails in the evening, one of the best I had in St Barth. Breakfast is plentyfull. We certainly recommend the hotel. Great locatuin for visiting Lorient Beach, Flamands Beach, Gustavia, Shell beach ( about 5-7 min by car to each of them).

What was to be a lovely short three day stay for my birthday in room 7 was terrible due to lack of proper maintenance on the AC unit, which management has been told is in need of replacement. The power went out the morning after arrival which caused the fan in the AC unit to seize and after our day at the beach our room was very hot. It took several hours for the AC technician to arrive and finally just before we left for dinner he got it running. Next morning power went out 3 times and again AC went off again. We asked to be moved and were told sorry we are fully booked, but we will have maintenance come and fix it again. When we came back to our room to get ready for dinner when I turned on the outside light the power to the entire room went off. After taking showers by our phone flashlights and getting dressed in the dark maintenance showed up and found the light was shorting out the power. He reset all the breakers so the main breaker would reset. Turns out the AC was causing a short according to the email response from the front desk manager, so sorry. Staff is really good at apologizing for the daily issues but don’t expect anything other than that.Save yourself the aggravation and your money and stay elsewhere. One other item to note- the beach chairs are literally at the end of the runway and planes take off frequently, very noisy and not relaxing at all.…

We were repeat customers until Covid hit. During that time we tried to cancel our trip and get a refund. The front desk would not refund our money due to it was early in the pandemic and the virus could go away. 3 years later we are still dealing with it. Delta, Tradewinds, Jetblue had no issue will refunding our deposit / payment, only Pearl Beach did. Needless to say we had to go through our Credit card to get our money back. We will never spend another penny at their establishment.

This is our second stay there at this hotel, and will probably go back again there next year. On one of the best beaches in St. Barth. It has an excellent location. The restaurant /bar on the sand is excellent and great atmosphere. The service at the front desk is excellent, very responsive, anything you ask they make it happen, better than many so called 5 star hotels, great job Violaine and Mathilda. The rooms are clean and comfortable., and a few steps to an incredible sandy beach, We definitely recommend this hotel. It has a better beach and service than many other hotels that are twice or 3 times the price.

Stayed 2 nights in July. Awesome little hotel, nice rooms, fantastic restaurant with delicious offerings for all meals. The bar service is great. Loved hanging out on the beach on a lounger under an umbrella. Staff is top notch polite and on point. Thank you Pearl for an unforgettable stay.
