A beautiful, very friendly, and clean B&B. The beach was across the street and excellent restaurants on the waterfront were within a few minutes walk. Great for relaxing in between excursions, although several guests just stayed around the charming pool.
I was given a superior room at the Ginger Lily. I was delighted to have a large room to relax and visit Castries. The location is in front of the Reduit beach which gives you the opportunity to swim in the sea and finish in...More
When we visited in January, we were blown away by the atmosphere. When we visited in May, it was for several reasons......... because we LOVED IT the first time, it's not far from the airport, our honeymoon and my birthday. We had a few glitches...More
A quirky little place that was both very friendly and clean. I wouldnt criticise the breakfast at all ; we took the continental option with fruit, cereals and toast etc which was more then sufficient for the two of us.

Apologies for not getting back to you sooner, have been away. We booked a taxi through The Ginger Lily, USD80 each way, which seems to be the going rate. When we arrived in St Lucia our taxi was not there but the staff were very helpful at the Airport and contacted them for us. Unfortunately, a taxi had not been booked but there were plenty around at airport and we paid the same rate. When we checked in at the hotel they apologised but I had requested a taxi about three months before we went and they had overlooked our request. Was not a problem. The journey takes about 90 minutes although it is not a great distance the roads don't permit fast driving. Hope this all helps.
