To put this in context, I've lived in the Caribbean for fourteen years. Trust me. THIS IS BAD. Filthy pool. Tepid shower. Wet napkins by the pool for 48+ hours. Two lounge chairs by the pool--total. No AC in the lobby and no air circulation. Mildew smell is overwhelming. Felt like the place was closed down, which it should be.... More

Arrived off season so things in Tortola very slow. Hotel was only at 10 percent occupancy. Waited 25 minutes for front desk person to show up. Property is situated on a steep slope capitalizing on the views of the Harbor. Ideally the best rooms would be the high floors but would require a little bit of a walk up stairs.... More

If all you're looking for is literally a bed to sleep in, I'm sure this would be fine. But otherwise the hotel is pretty lacking. Even though they have 3 wifi networks, none work in most rooms so you have to sit in the super quiet and sparse lobby to use; TV in room is teeny tiny; beds are on... More

The hotel is not bad, the room was quite large, (I had two double beds to choose from plus a desk and sofa), and reasonably comfortable. The menu is quite limited but I'd recommend the lamb for dinner and French toast for breakfast. I don't know why nobody used the pool, it looked cleanish. I didn't see many other guests... More

We came here because of a hurricane and we will never come back. The worst service for an expensive hotel. The restaurant says it closes at 3 pm and it actually closes at 2 pm, or at least the employees leave at that time. The employees are rude and don't help in any way. There is no housekeeping service and... More

If you are in to no service, no service, or no service, then you can go there. Otherwise, stay somewhere else. The place looks good, but there were over 100 uphill stair steps to our room carring a weeks worth of sailing gear. Terrible service getting something to eat, so we walked the half mile back to the docks to... More

We had a group of 19 this past weekend. Check-in was seamless and swift. My room was clean and it had amazing views of the harbor. I found that the front desk person was helpful no matter what our requests were. She even directed us to a nearby grocery store "Right Way", where we were able to grab a bite... More

Stayed before a sailing trip. Was across the street from the sailing company. The staff was very helpful getting to my destination, and I would stay there again happily before a trip. It was very peaceful, almost dead, which was fine to get ready for my trip. The food was fine, the restaurant stayed open late for me when I... More

We had made a reservation through their website for my family for $224/night with two queen beds. The room was nice and the grounds were beautiful. The location was convenient to our bareboat charter company. Upon check out, the associate went to the back to the manager and was talking a while and came back telling me the room for... More
