I was with the HUPS (Houston Underwater Photography Society) group this year and was so impressed and so happy with every detail that I can't stop telling everyone I know. Thanks to the staff for getting every detail right. The space was as advertised, clean, air conditioning and a well stocked kitchen. Be aware that there are not complementary toiletries... More

We have stayed at Guavaberry many times and are always pleased with the homes and the friendly staff. Usually it is just the two of us. However, this year we have a group of 13 over a two week period. Perfect place for a couple or a big group. Tina and the entire staff do a great job

Last year a group of us from HUPS or the Houston Underwater Photographic Society dived with Dive BVI, a separate review, and stayed at GSBVH. 12 of us from the club returned this past May and stayed in two 2 BR and one 3 BR Houses all of which had A/C in the BR's this year and made for a... More

This was our first stay at Guavaberry. We were in the 2 bedroom/2 bath vacation home called Limetree. It was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The deck was great....very big with a beautiful view of the water and outlying islands. The grounds are loving...spread-out, unassuming, and amongst the beautiful boulders. The commissary was well stocked with a really good variety.... More

This was our first stay at Guavaberry/Spring Bay, but it won't be our last !! The whole experience was absolutely wonderful beginning with Tina at the office, to enjoying some of the finest snorkeling with no crowds whatsoever. Our villa was perfect !! Plenty of privacy and the setting amongst the boulders was like like nothing we have ever experienced... More

This was our second stay at Guavaberry. Wife, I and another couple (age mid 60's) rented the three bedroom cottage, Flamboyant. The cottage has two patios. One on the west side and one on the east side for maximum shade . There is a small elevated observation deck which affords views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel and other nearby... More

Walking distance to the baths and a stunning beach, nice spacious accommodations, food and supplies available at the commissary. Everything you need for a relaxing stay in one place. They even had a deal with a local car rental company.

My husband hated it - even though he's not interested in luxury. I thought it was just fine. Air conditioning is either unavailable or expensive. Access to amazing beach. I thought it was good, basic accomodation.

Without a doubt the hospitality of this family run resort is the best. We enjoyed the beach...the people we met. You can go out for meals or eat in our cottage. There is a commissary on the property. A terrific time was enjoyed by all. Will come again!

A group of friends have been coming to Guavaberry for several years now. It's a perfect setup for people who enjoy independent travel and exploring. The ladies in the office are very friendly and efficient, as are the maids, groundskeepers and maintenance staff. The office is happy to act as concierge and recommend and reserve activities and restaurants - just... More
