We spent three weeks at the Grandview this month and had an awesome experience. The office staff was super and even the handyman Dwight was extremely helpful, always offering to carry our luggage or shopping bags. Can't beat the location - very close to town,...More

There's a selfish side to me that doesn't even want to reveal this secret paradise called The Grandview Condos. We stayed in Unit 1111, last year for a week and returned this year for ten days. I'm planning on staying for at least two weeks...More
We loved our apartment #512. It was great just walking out to the pool and beach without the fuss of stairs. The kitchen was fully equipped, especially with the blender to make frozen drinks like Pina Colada! The ice-maker in the fridge was definately a...More

A block behind a strip mall with a bar/restaurant and with a papa johns. About a mile from grocery store, easy walk and grocery stores allow you to bring carts home with you. They come by at night and collect. Seriously this is absolutely he best location! We went in January didn't rent a car and would do it all over again.
Beach access is awesome as well and lots of great snorkeling right in front of condos. Down the beach only a few blocks is a ship wreck as well that we loved to snorkel.

You might want to rent a car for the day you take the remote excursions, but we did not. The taxi service is incredibly dependable and reasonable ... just call in advance, specify a pickuptime, and they'll be there! Our most expensive cab ride was $40 and that was a north island tour, ending at the bird sanctuary and Italian restaurant up there, which, by the way, was great! Very walkable location both into town and up the boulevard and hotel row on Seven Mile Beach.
