Not of Hilton caliber! Drive there is scary! Drive through slums to get there. I parked at entrance to check in and was immediately told to move my car despite explaining I was checking in. No offer to help with luggage. This place is dark! Hardly and lights on in the place. Only saw maximum of 4 other guests. Small, cold, pool in shade by noon. No pool bar. Only one restaurant….food was good. Stairs to very small beach were damaged. But again, no sun on beach after noon. Room was very clean and nice. People were nice. But this is NOT a Hilton! Someone from Hilton should visit this place! After two days we left early and moved to Marriott Resort…..a TRUE resort! Hope this helps someone else!

In February 2020 my husband and I spent our wedding night at this hotel. When they reopened in January 2022 we knew we wanted to go back. Welcoming staff, good food, absolutely breathtaking views. We will definitely be back. Planning our next stay as I type this!

Very nice room & view from room. Delicious dinner. Nothing else. Walking through hotel there was a strange, dark bamboo forest. Continuing on to pool in the early afternoon (2:30pm), it was dark outside also, only chairs by the rock beach view had sun. The access to the beach was blocked. “Beach” is being nice, it is not a beach you would walk on if it were blocked. There appears to be a shuttle to another real beach that you would take for an all day excursion. The pool was ok, great drink/food service. They brought us a can of bug spray due to the mosquitoes devouring us. They had sprinklers running that hit some of my friends in their cabana. I’m a pretty easy traveler I think, but this was a very disappointing booking for sure.

We stayed 10 days at tje Koi and we really enjoyed it. The hotel is away from the crowds so if you go and like to explore the island, rent a car. We were there for relaxation so we really enjoyed our stay. Keneisha and another gentleman (his name escapes me) at the front desk, took care of us and answered all of our questions. We got a beautiful suite overlooking the ocean. The sunrises are beautiful. There is always a good breeze, so no mosquitoes. We were visited one day by 7 or 8 monkeys rightnat the pool. The staff really make this hotel enjoyable. We had a great time with Carl, Tidane and Rachel just to mention a few. I would consider them friends now. We took the free shuttle to the beach and enjoyed the day. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to my friends and would definately go back. The second restaurant was not open yet, too bad we would have enjoyed some sushi or pizza (they have the ovens but don't use them!!)

The location is remote and a little bit awkward if I’m being honest. The beach is shut off to guests as it’s full of seaweed and rough which is typical on the Atlantic side. A shuttle takes you to some local beaches at 10 am and returns at 3 at no cost to you. Once there you can rent a couple loungers for about 15$ us per day. Portion sizes were smaller and the alcohol was expensive. It wasn’t a bad trip but it felt empty and a bit weird with no one else around.

Beautiful island but this hotel is not as advertised. This is not a resort. Pros: - Nice décor and atrium - Suite was spacious (king bed, 2 toilets, bathtub, balcony) - Room was clean, housekeeping provided cleaning and fresh towels daily without request. Cons: - Location is isolated and road to access property is bad. Not within walking distance to beach, shops, or other restaurants. - Not a resort. A resort is usually inclusive of food and/or drinks. There are no amenities other than the spa at this location. No game room, no accessible beach, no activities. Didn't even receive complimentary water in the room. Not a good reflection on Hilton. - Reception staff is inconsistent and has poor communication. - No accessible beach. This hotel is on the Atlantic ocean where the water is rough. - No ATM machine. If guests need cash, they can get a cash advance from the card on file for the room plus a 10% surcharge. - Only one overpriced restaurant with subpar food. Restaurant staff seemed bothered. - The pool is only accessible through the restaurant. I never saw anyone in the pool. I would visit St. Kitts again, but not this hotel.

Great ocean view. Cozy boutique hotel. Quiet and clean, however, they seem to have a problem with linen and toiletries. Room was cleaned but no towels, wash cloths or shower gel. We had to ask several times for these essentials.

My wife and I had a Spectacular Stay at the Koi Resort! The sheer beauty of the setting of the Koi Resort setting is stunning. Sitting out by the rocks and watching the waves crash over the barrier reef is incredible. The gated resort is on the quiet and smaller side, which we like. The location is excellent; just ten minutes from the airport and close to the train. If you interested in night life or a little gambling, the Marriot Resort and Casino is a short drive away and "downtown" is about a ten-minute drive as well. We had an incredible room overlooking the golf course and the ocean. Watching the sun rise as we lay in bed was simply amazing! It appears, as the pictures show, that all the rooms at the Koi Resort have legitimate ocean views. The scenery is special. We received exceptional customer service all week. From the staff at the front desk and at the restaurant to the housekeepers, everyone was extremely helpful and courteous, We had delicious dinners at the restaurant and the salmon was just about the best we have ever had. We always had prompt service and definitely enjoyed the nice breakfasts. In closing, we have been to several Carribean Islands including Turks, St. Thomas/St. John & Grand/Little Cayman. Clearly. the Koi Resort is the best hotel that we have stayed at. I suggest you book a trip to the Koi Resort. You will be thrilled! T & S, Rochester, NY

Very nice location, excellent room, comfortable bed and a very helpful staff. This is our first time to St Kitts and was very pleased to find a hotel of this quality at this price point. A nice little beach in front of a beautiful pool made our stay excellent.

The Koi Resort is a new, smaller, more intimate hotel. Rooms are large, modern and comfortable. Our ocean front room had a great view of the Atlantic. The climate control was outstanding. The bed was a bit too firm for comfort though. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially our restaurant server, Carl. Food choices were limited (main restaurant was still closed due to COVID) but tasty. The only issue we had was with the hotel shuttle. Despite an appointed time for pick up from Frigate Beach (the only place the shuttle goes), we had to call three times and wait over 30 minutes. Overall, the hotel is comfortable and pleasant if you want a quiet scenic rest. However, there is no beach or grounds where you can walk at or near the hotel. To get to restaurants or other activities, you need a rental car or taxi. The drives are relatively short (and remember they drive on the left side of the road); all fares are $20.
