Not quite Four Seasons quality. Room service never got our order correct (4 different times). The pools are cold! The carpet in our room was in bad need of cleaning. There is really nothing to do other than go to the pool or beach. No activities. Prices are sky high. Beach is fine, but not great. Loved the people of Nevis, everyone was happy and truly went out of their way to be friendly.

We just returned from a 7 night visit to Four Seasons Nevis. This was our 4th stay as we love the resort and the island. We booked an Indigo Suite and were very happily upgraded to a CHELANII Suite with 2 Bathrooms ( huge perk when you share the room with 2 kids). Upon Arrival, the property Manager Ruby Garcia greeted us personally. We were also at the resort in 2021 and met her for the first time. During our 7 Night stay we would often see her on the resort and she would take time to visit with us and check all was well. Staff across the resort was friendly and energized. We felt welcome and taken care of every day of our stay in particular at breakfast at Esqualina. The team there works very hard and did a particularly great job with service and food offerings. Awesome egg and omelette station. Esmeralda in the SPA deserves the biggest thanks for a wonderful massage. I initially had a pedicure with her and she recommended the Nevisian Massage. It was amazing. Esmeralda was professional, kind, attentive and personable. Four Seasons Nevis has just improved over the years, it keeps getting better! Can't wait to go back. …

We had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Nevis! Very polite and attentive staff. Pools were amazing. Great tennis and golf lessons and amazing fitness center on site. Good breakfast and poolside food and drinks. Could use a few more options of high quality for lunch and dinner, best restaurants are off resort property. Great place for a relaxing vacation and can’t wait to return!

First, the positives. 1. The White Lotus style greeting off the pier is terrific. Great way to start the vacation. 2. The renovations over the last 3 years look great. 3. the rum tasting with Kendie was the highlight of our stay. 4. very family friendly resort. 5. very glad we came back and enjoyed Bananas, Golden Rock and Sunshines and a new place called Luna. Here is some other comments. 1. The staff is not as friendly - they look overwhelmed and maybe over managed. The reason we came back was how authentically nice everyone was and would rather have that than the renovations! I also appreciate the island is still recovering from the hurricanes a few years ago. 2. Was disappointed that items there were prominently featured on social media were discontinued including foot golf and lobster nachos. 3. they need have filtered water stations and stop handing out bottled water ASAP! 4. As with most Four Seasons, the food is good but not great and lot of the same menu items at each restaurant. …

this might be my best experience at a resort ever. The staff were wonderful. The grounds are impeccable. The food was delicious at every restaurant/pool. I have zero complaints. I felt safe, comfortable, and welcome. I did not want to leave. THE most comfortable sleep/bed ever. I sent an email when I finally got back home to ask what the mattress was in my room, the sleep was SO good. I will be purchasing the mattress! Everything was 5star.

The view and the ambience of the hotel is wonderful. The staff goes out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. I like that while it is a four seasons it has a casual atmosphere, where you can wear flip flops to your hearts content. Try to book a second floor room to get a better view of the ocean. Also do the Island Tour to see The Hamilton museum. A small matter- some of the rooms are a bit dated- but its a small price to pay for being made to feel at home!!! We are coming back

Every detail was as amazing as expected. Snorkeled on property and saw a sea turtle on various fish by the rocks. Part of a group of 200+ people, so service was a little slow at times, but they did an AMAZING job accommodating a bunch of drinkers on the same schedule! From landing at the airport to transfers to other hotels later, I was incredibly impressed by every staff member. Impeccable grounds, delicious fine dining $$$$$$, great event location, excursions were enjoyable!

The property, staff and food were amazing. Attention to detail was on point and the location is beautiful. Had the best time there. The golf course is also beautiful and has lots of monkeys running around which was fun. The staff really works hard to make you feel at home.

We were here in February 2019 and had a bit of a disappointing experience. But we loved the location so much that, after asking a lot of questions about renovations and reading more recent reviews, we decided to give it another try and we are happy we did. Literally everything has improved exponentially - the quality of the food, the room renovations, the property itself, the kids club, the friendliness and attentiveness of staff. In addition to the room improvements, the most pleasant surprise was the food. We did not have a bad meal on the resort, and we love the new beach restaurant and bar. If you leave the resort to eat, we like Sunshines and Lime (both casual, walking distance up the beach) and the Golden Rock Inn is beautiful to visit for lunch. Our kids (11 and 13) have since outgrown the kids club but the new facility is a night and day improvement from what it was in 2019. The snorkeling off the beach is great - we saw sea turtles, rays, lots of different fish - and we paddle boarded and kayaked as well. We had great experiences with tennis, golf and the spa, and took advantage of the sunset (one of the best parts of the setting) happy hour on the pier every day. If you are looking at older reviews, or had a disappointing experience in the past, FS Nevis is worth a second look. We definitely felt that it has been brought up to FS standards, and would return.…
