I stayed 6 nights at the Hilton while attending meetings in Trinidad and have learned a thing or two for my next stay! Firstly this is quite an interesting Hotel as the elevator goes down from the lobby. Built on the side of a hill overlooking POS this is truly one unique property. Being in POS on business and over...

After having a bad stay last time my wife and I decided to try it again, but once again we were left disappointed by the attitude and service of the staff. The hotel is nice and in a convenient location for port of spain, the pool weds some attention. The rooms ar large and comfortable and breakfast had good choices.

The value for money was great and that was the deciding factor for going. The hotel offered an impressive room as we were upgraded to the executive suite which was very clean, spacious and had a great decor. Only one glitch in which we were locked out of our room for about an hour due to a malfunctioning lock. It took...

This was my third visit on a business lounge access ticket. The staff were wonderful but the cut in 'cocktail hour' to 5-7pm is just absurd. Plus the limited drink choice to basically 1 gin, 1 vodka, 1 rum and 1 whiskey type and no buffet to choose your own 'nibbles' has seriously made me and my team having to...

Nice property, but located too far from the airport. I doubt occupancy was high the day I checked in, so I didn't understand why I had to make a long trek to my room, or had a room that had something that didn't work properly.

Dear Tjbird2016, Thank you for staying with us. I do apologise for the distance to your room which depends on availability of the type of room booked for the most part. Having to endure anything in your room not working is certainly unacceptable and we will work harder at ensuring that this is never repeated. Regards.

The Hotel offers all the services one expects in that price category. Service was good and welcoming but as it is with huge Hotels which the Hilton is the private touch is a bit missing. Also from such a high standard Hotel I would expect a bit more attention to be paid to being environmentally friendly. A higher A/C standard...

I have to say I was very disappointed during my stay at the Hilton Trinidad. The hotel is centrally located close to almost everything down town as well as close to the famous Maracas beach. Easy to find and with a breathtaking view of the Queens Park Savannah and Northern Range. Excellent staff and free parking! Checkin was smooth, with no issues. The view from the room was amazing, overlooking the Savannah and the mountains was quite relaxing. Dinner at the sushi bar and the service was quite exquisite. I'm already planning my next visit.
