The Lesportel is now named the Cattleya Hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. They went out of their why to correct any issues with my room that came up including upgrading me to a suite at a lower price. I want to commend the manager Miss Tessa she was outstanding cheerfull, she took the time to sit down and talk...

The exteria is nice, the receptionist was very friendly. The television didn't work, the A.C. unit was leaking water on the bed. One of the lady in the restaurant was VERY rude. I really wasn't impressed by the place. I did meet a very pleasant lady in the restaurant my secound morning. Kudos to her and the receptionist.

Stayed here for four nights in June 2015 for a conference as the hotel we were originally booked at was overbooked and we had to relocate here for the last four nights. The room that was initially assigned for me at this place was absolutely unacceptable. Really poor. Very tiny, poor lighting, outdated (super tiny TV that didn't even make...

The first thing I noticed was that my room appeared to be in the middle of a hallway which was brightly lit. The light came in from both windows in the room and so did the noise. The towels were worn and very dirty looking. I had to put the comforter against the window to block out some of the...

The beds were OK, the help staff were all polite and friendly, the air conditioner worked, but this is clearly a low budget operation, with maintenance issues. It doesn't seem to be near to anything and is not in an area you would want to walk around in anyway. The restaurant, when open, serves good, basic, food at fair prices....

Would not recommend to spend any time. Noisy environment. Stadium just at rear of this property with loud events on weekends.Property needs updating. No electricity in bathroom for shaving or hair dryer. Staff OK, but obviously muzzled.

I stayed at this Inn for one night after a day trip to Trinidad for an event. I was unable to get a confirmed flight to return home that evening but had one for the following day and the Inn was within a very short walking distance from my event so rather than go to the airport and have what...

I wanted a place to overnight and found this to be ideal. While the front desk was helpful and I felt pretty safe as a single female, there is a need for some other amenities. Firstly, there should be some kind of resturant opened after 6.00pm for supper. I had to call through front desk for them to order out...

Even though there is good customer service the rooms desperately needs to be upgraded. The room was very small and outdated fixtures and fittings. Definitely not worth its value and won't be staying here again or recommending it to others.

“I would like to say rooms above ground floor, because I stayed in room 105, would afford a better sleep but, unless you like sleeping with fluorescents streaming through your window there is no hope. I have just looked thorugh the window towards upstairs and all rooms have a fluorescent light outside the window. MADNESS!”
