My third stay here. Clean simple accommodations with a priceless view... steps from your room to the ocean... Top notch service, treated like family, I can't say enough good things about Clifford, Susan and Donna. I'll be back!

We stayed be night at this wonderful spot on North. Stepping from our room to the beach was gorgeous. Clifford and the staff are friendly and helpful. Locals and guests alike visit the bar for a fun gathering spot. A clean little hotel with a warm atmosphere...make sure to visit.

an older but very nicely. Appointed hotel. The staff/owners bend over backwards to make your stay a personal and very pleasurable one. Susie one of the owners does all the cooking and she prepares and cooks everything to perfection. Clifford the other half of the partnership can talk with you on any subject you care to think of, and will...

Been several years since last stayed at the Pelican Beach Hotel, and this family run Hotel is THE best in the Caribbean. Several nice improvements, but still holds on to "slow down" island beach hotel. Rooms on the beach are super. Suzie is still the best cook on the island, (conch fritters and seafood fantastic). And the barracuda beach bar,...

If Provo is your getaway from the stress and gloom of North America, then Whitby is your getaway from Provo. We visited North Caicos about 10 years ago, took a taxi tour (fascinating, highly recommended) and stayed one night. For 10 years I've been haunted by the memory of the solitude, of the peace, of looking down the beach and...

Conchs everywhere island is huge views and rocks all around. You get some seaweed but manageable....

I have lived in the TCI for 6 years and this is one of the most authentic places I have found, so much so that I've stayed here twice, and my wife has stayed here 3 times. I'm writing this review from our veranda while listening to the waves lapping at the shore. If it was day time, I would...

After many trips to Providenciales we decided to stay off main lsland for a change. We decided to spend time in Middle Caicos and then overnight on North Caicos. Clifford and his wife have operated Pelican Beach, and the small Barracuda Beach bar, for many years, were wonderful hosts. Rooms are not huge, but thats not why we were there....

The experience at Pelican Beach Hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Our goal was to escape crowds, relax in a beautiful, natural, quiet setting unspoiled by large resorts and be directly on the beach. All these boxes were checked. This is virtually impossible on Providenciales, so I’m glad we made the pilgrimage to North Caicos. It was a...
