The employees were very friendly and offered nice service. We liked that we could walk most anywhere on Grace Bay -- dinner, drinks, snorkeling at Bight Reef, into town for groceries, etc. Room was clean. We were in the 600s and near the parking lot, which got noisy when workers arrived early in the a.m. I would ask for a...

Spent 4 nights there with my husband. We had a great view from the 3rd floor of building 1 (though noisy with a public beach access right underfoot). The units were fine, seemed to be half remodeled. We had a 1 bdrm suite which was quite spacious. The service at the front desk was less than stellar. They weren't that...

Let me start by saying that our family travels to the Caribbean twice a year and we always stay at higher end all inclusive resort. This was our first non-all-inclusive resort excluding Hawaii. We just wanted to try something different. We did stay at Beaches T&C a couple of years ago. My wife and I our in our 40s and...

On the most beautiful beach sits a lovely hotel with friendly staff, great suites with well equipped kitchens, and many amenities such as a hot tub, pool, ocean view restaurant and so much more. A value choice at a destination that is typically quite expensive.

Enjoyed Easter Break with family. We rented a one bedroom condo/ apt. Fully appointed kitchen and in unit laundry. The beach here is wider than most of the other hotels on Grace Bay. Hemmingway's Restaurant is fabulous. Many delicious meals and tropical cocktails there.

We only required one overnight stay as were travelling on to North Caicos. We stayed in their cheapest room and were thrilled to have a large spacious living room with kitchen and a bedroom on the top floor overlooking the large inner courtyard with gardens . At the beginning of November it was very quiet with few people. We ate...

We stayed at the Sands with a wedding party. The Studio Room with an ocean view was clean and plenty of room. We had a room on the backside of the property (Building 1), so the ocean view was just ok. I was certainly expecting something more front facing towards the center of the property for the higher rate. Hemingway's...

This hotel had everything. Paddle boards to rent for free, a person to take us out on the water in a small catamarran, free rental floaties to take out into the water. There was a happy hour event with free food and drinks. The free bike rentals was good for us to bike around and see a lot more of...

Love it. We will be back. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and grounds. Awesome food at hemingways. 1/2 mile from shopping at salt mills. Part of our family stayed at somerset, which was more expensive but everyone liked the sands a lot better.!

My husband and I just recently stayed at The Sands for our honeymoon. We had a garden view room and were about a one minute walk from the beach. The service here was outstanding! The staff really gets to know you and by the end of our trip they knew our names. They had awesome restaurant and excursion recommendations. The...
