The beach and ocean at Grace Bay, Turks and Caicos is everything it is hyped up to be. 12 miles of glorious white sand and and crystal clear waters. If you love the beach and water activities, you will not be disappointed. The sunsets are breathtaking. We stayed for a week at the Sands to celebrate my 65th. Let me...

I recently stayed here with friends for a week of fun in the sun! The Sands is conveniently located in the heart of Grace Bay which is great for shopping and dining. The lush grounds are meticulously kept up and multiple pools offer a refreshing cool down from the heat. Next to the reception under the trees are hammocks for...

This was our first time visiting Turks and Caicos. After looking at many different places we decided on the Sands for price and location. We absolutely LOVED it!! The staff is great and very friendly. The housekeeping staff made sure we had everything we needed. Even extra laundry detergent on our last night. Though we didn't use it. Why waste...

I can't say enough good things about The Sands at Grace Bay and their helpful, down to earth employees who we considered "friends" at the end of our stay! From the front desk (Judith,Palina,Ri-Ann,Priscila and Sophia)to the beach ( Ainsley made sure that our chairs and umbrella were set up every day in our favorite spot on the beach :-) he...

We enjoyed our stay at The Sands more than one can put into words. The staff was very accomodating and EVERYONE there was tremendous. Our housekeeping staff was thorough, friendly and made our stay a pleasure. Hemmingways was a blessing, excellent food, great service and good entertainment. We can't wait to go back.

We had a very nice time at the Sands. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom with balcony upon check-in. We arrived a bit early, so went to the hospitality area to change and went straight to the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean. We requested a roll away bed for our 2.5 year old and this was already...

We just returned from Turks and Caicos and a 1 week stay at the Sands. We are a family of 5 to include 3 small children, ages 6, 4 and 2. We were in an Ocean Front 2 bedroom suite in building 4. We absolutely loved it and highly recommend the resort. The screened in porch with dining table and...

This hotel is expensive but that is not unusual in this region. The rooms are in blocks built around well maintained litter free gardens. The rooms are large with a separate bedroom and a lounge with coffee maker, microwave crockery and cutlery. The hotel is right on the beach, the supply of sunloungers and sun umbrellas seemed adequate. We used...

We have traveled extensively through too the Caribbean, Hawaii, and Tahiti. We throughly enjoyed Turks and Caicos. The Sands resort was lovely. Very well kept up. We stayed in a one bedroom villa in building three. It had a full kitchen (we only used the refrid), lovely screened in balcony, 1 1/2 baths and a washer and dryer (nice addition)....

Last spring we tried a different beach destination, just to mix things up. We realized our mistake and returned to The Sands at Grace Bay this March for another wonderful week. This was the fifth time my wife and I have gone to The Sands with our two boys (now 14 and 10). Grace Bay Beach is considered one of...
