Don't spend any more time reading reviews (especially negatives ones), just visit this lovely resort and come to your own decisions.....doubt you'll be disappointed. The grounds are impeccably kept, the buildings and pools are beautifully designed and the staff are friendly and very accommodating.

Overall Vacation was great. We stayed at the Key West and our room was great, the only complaint I would have about the room is that there was only one closet and one dresser in the bedroom and nothing for my daughter to put her...More
My husband and I and our two boys (ages 10 and 15) stayed at Beaches Turks and Caicos from July 16-21, 2017. We stayed in the one bedroom concierge villa suite in the Key West Village. We were on the ground floor and had a...More

We just returned from there staying at the Italian Village. We had a two bedroom suite also with the Butler. You get the phone so you can call them but sometimes they will call you if they haven't heard from you. It was the first time we used the Butlers and it was great . Just about anything you want just call and they do their best to get what you want . Want a Cabana?call the butler and he reserves it for you. When you are done at the pool or beach and go to your room there will be some chocolate.chip cookies and other things waiting for you. Want a pot of coffee at 7am call the butler or let them know the night before. Our Butlers were Mosses and Idee . Not sure of the second butlers name spelling. Like I said we were in the Italian Village .I don't know if they go between villages. They will make all the dinner arrangements to just tell them what you like . If you like sushi make sure you go there it was the best. They have a volcano Roll that's amazing.
Have a good time and USE THE BUTLER.

I only had a party of four (myself, wife, kid #1, kid #2), so we simply booked a "family suite with kids room" in the Italian village. I believe our last booking was for a "penthouse" one, which just means they put you on the top floor. Nothing else about the room was different than previous visits. We avoid the "poolside" rooms, since they are on the ground floor so there's a lot of foot traffic literally a few feet from your room.
