We've stayed in super expensive hotels and we've stayed in basic budget motels over the years. Bellavista served its purpose for my 3 night stay in St. Thomas. The room was definitely clean, the kitchen was definitely suitable, the bed was average, and the pool was a pleasant surprise and definitely adequate and inviting. I would say that the downside...

We were booked to this hotel because Sea Bourne Airlines cancelled our flight. So we had no other choice. However I must say that the place is clean, full kitchen, friendly staff, hot water, A/C, and a comfortable bed. The location is not very good but the place is well kept. The lady that tended to our group was very...

I stayed at this hotel with my family in mid August 2016 and my stay was rather plesant. The rooms are designed like apartments with full kitchen, dinning table, balcony and full bathrooms. The apartment comes with its own dishes, pots and utensils. The appliances were up to date and in good condition. For the rate that I paid the...

We ended up here on New Years Day after a Delta flight cancellation due to a maintenance issue. Delta sent us to Windward Passage which had no rooms available, so we were scrambling on our own to find some place to stay, with no help from Delta, and finding every hotel was full. The bellman at Windward called this place...

Our flight home got cancelled and "Seaborne Airlines" booked us a room here on their dime. For all of it's faults, we had a pleasant stay. Pros... Great help getting checked in. he lady out front was a doll. It did have a pool. Most importantly... It was clean! Cons... It's not in the best part of town (downright scary...

Thanks to Spirit Airlines we stayed another day in St. Thomas. They booked us into this hotel. The neighborhood is very bad. We were afraid of going outside during the night. A supermarket is nearby. The rooms are big but very run down. The bathroom is a joke. It is, if you are somewhere in the third world. Very dirty...

We were sent here thanks to our US Airways flight being cancelled while trying to get out of St. Thomas. This place is literally downtown in the ghetto right next to public housing. We heard gunshots while checking in. When we went to our rooms there was NO air conditioning and the room was 98 degrees. The carpet and chairs...

After our flight was canceled this was the only place on the island our airline was able to find with availability. This is a bare bones place to stay- don't expect much. While the rooms are clean, our sink faucet knobs were so corroded they wouldn't turn on. The pillows are old and lumpy and look like they were accumulated when...

Stayed at the Bellavista Scott Hotel in March 2013. The hotel is ideal for person looking to overnight in St Thomas as it is ideally located in the heart of Charlotte Amalie and offers basic acommodations at a reasonable price. The staff are mostly very helpful and friendly and are a big asset to the property. If there is anything...

May not be the Ritz...but it had clean sheets and bleach smelling towels which was comforting. Two bedroom suite with a full kitchen and living room with cable accomidated me and my two best friends very well. Took a couple cold showers, but overall decent stay. Right behind a grocery store and Kmart though I wouldn't recommend walking around at...
