I told myself I wasn't going to write this review because, I knew it wasnt going to be good. I've been to St.Thomas a few times but, I had never been so unsatisfied. To be honest I couldn't wait to go back home to the cold. It was a 3 night stay. By the third night we were upgraded to a VILLA. The few things that were good was walking distancing to the airport. No, there isn't a Beach at this hotel, there's No complimentary drink upon arrival, The ice machine the sign read it was on the 2nd Floor. Actually it was in the other building. It was quicker to just go to the bar. No fridge in the first three rooms or bottled water. They only accepted CASH at the bar or charged it to your room. The breakfast and dinner in my opinion was quite expensive. I put my patience hat on and waited for an hour for 1 single Bagel that was only 5 dollars. No shuttle bus to the sister resort across the bay. The rooms...hummm I won't go into any of that. However, I must say Jevon the Mgr did accommodate us by refunding 1 night stay and gave us the upgrade to a VILLA and bought me 2 drinks.👍🏾 It was good seeing a good friend that I met there 10 years ago. Lastly, this Island never fully recovered from the 2017 hurricanes and you cane see the difference. By the way everything is very expensive. If you don't mind spending lots of money on taxis this is the place. If your going to COKI BEACH thats a 12.00 ride each way. There's much more I could've went into but, chose not too. I hope this is helpful for someone.

When I tell you the best thing about this place is the ice you should believe me . I will say however Jamilla at the bar is a delight and has a wonderful personality . My mom and I traveled here for her birthday and sure we read the reviews but we figured maybe it’s not that terrible let’s give them the benefit of the doubt .... don’t ... don’t give them the benefit of the doubt; it’s an all around no for me . They got flying cockroaches ! Checked in the first day and I was completely exhausted , I went to sleep early and fell asleep with the original Spider-Man on , now Toby Maguire must of had my subconscious spidey senses tingling because i randomly woke up to see a HUGE roach climbing on the wall aside of my bed . At that point I seen what I needed to see , I immediately took a picture the best that I could because I was literally terrified and went to the front desk to speak with Josh (let me tell you this guy is something else , but if you choose to stay here you’ll quickly find out what I mean ) . We are then moved into our second room which we only stayed in for 1 night (although it was “nicer” than the first room) after finding issues with that room such as the hard to open patio door , the bathroom sink literally spraying water ALL OVER every time you try to wash your hands , the toilet leaking , and Wall outlet not working . Long story short by time we checked out we were in our 4th room a villa (which also had bugs but at point why complain nothing better will come ) . Stay here at your own peril and be aware the bar only takes cash or room charge . Actually be aware everything on the island pretty much cash only and overpriced at that .

Rooms were mosquito infested. Room phone was dead. TV remotes did not work. Room keys only worked once. If a “Zero” rating was available, that’s what I would have rated it. The bartender at the bar last night was great! Very friendly and provided great service. Property has so much potential. Great location and right next door to airport. Ownership needs to invest some serious money to make this property gem. In the meantime, you’d be better staying elsewhere.

This hotel was perfect for our overnight stay. Close to the airport and a short cab ride to the Charlotte Amalie Ferry dock. Staff were extremely helpful. Welcome rum punch was a nice surprise! And breakfast knocked it out of the park.

I honestly don't know where to start so I'll keep this brief. I would not recommend or return to this hotel. Pictures are deceiving as well as all the features and offers on the website. There is no complimentary drink upon arrival nor any complimentary shuttle to the sister property (10 min walk in scorching heat!). This was listed on their actual website. There is no man made beach area as their website claims. It appears as if some of the pictures maybe from when they very first opened or shot from sister property (Emerald Beach). There's no restaurant on property but they pretend as if they do. It's a crockpot they cook out of and charge $14 for tacos. Property is dirty and unkempt. You can tell they are lacking repairs and mold growing on the side of building as well as broken windows. Trash over flowing. Never again! Room served its purpose but had to hunt down housekeeping just to get fresh towels. Oh forgot about having only 1 channel on the small tv in the room and Roku remote didn't work. Sliding back door doesn't lock and isn’t safe. TripAdvisor won’t even let me upload the rest of the pictures. Don’t do it.
