Clean room close to airport, but zero amenities, man made beach is closed, no night life, very slow bar, overall very run down facilities. Convenient for 1 night when you arrive or leave but not a vacation spot. No customer service, pretty much an airport motel.

We offer a clean accommodation a bar and restaurant. Run down facility is incorrect. Also rating us poorly because we do not offer live music is completely unfair and totally unreasonable.

Excellent experience! The staff at Lindbergh Hotel was absolutely excellent Sharifa from the bar was friendly and made sure your stay was welcoming and you felt at home. Sharifa went out of her way to make sure your stay was all it could be from giving you ideas from a local on where to go and what to see to serving you with a smile and a warm welcoming. Milli in the morning was there to serve you breakfast with a smile. Keoni was welcoming and offered insights on where to visit. The hotel is in the middle of getting a facelift but they did not disturb your stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The only reason to stay here would be because you need to be within walking distance to the airport and not on any type of vacation. Literally serves no other function, maybe for newly divorced people? The Kitchen staff decides if they are coming to work or not. Been 2 days now with no open kitchen so the nice restaurant is just empty. At least the bloody mary comes with olives. :-) There is no ATM machine on the property either, you have to walk to the airport, there is one there. If you want to get some food you have to walk to emerald hotel, probably like a 15 minute walk. Anyways , dont waste your money here if you are expecting anything to be as advertised, but again, this is STT..lol be warned. place needs serious repars as well. Looks like a trash can below my balcony as well.

The restaurant bar is opened 7 days per week. The restaurant is currently closed on Monday. The ATM is located 1/2 mile from the hotel. Also another Beach Bar and Restaurant is located a short walk away at Emerald Beach Resort with the best Beach. An incredible walk on the beach will relax anyone that is willing to enjoy life in the Caribbean.

Terrible place. False advertising. Do not believe the video they show. See the photos included with the bad reviews. Building and property are falling apart. There is rust, mold, rot, spiders, mosquitoes, flies, holes in the ceiling, holes in walls and even a hole in the floor tile, oh and a cigarette hole in the bed cover. Microwave is rusted from the inside. Toilet and tub are from a previous decade. Stairs are in shambles with rotten wood. The backside of the building is closed up with old plywood. No landscaping effort. Everything is overgrown. The main building looks like it was a prison. Another building had part of the concrete slab broken and rusted rebar showing. The pool is iffy and cold. Broken windows in the so-called restaurant area. Brocken stones everywhere. Now the climax is in the amount of trash you see everywhere - on every little hill, over every fence and in the bushes. I have no idea how this facility has more than a 1-star rating. Somebody must have paid someone to get a 3-star rating.

We do not have any false advertisement. You are looking behind a building and complaining about everything. Both pools are cleaned, it’s not a jacuzzi so it won’t be hot. So the landscaping over looking our amazing water didn’t do it for you. It’s an open dining no windows. You managed to focus on every little details and forgot to admire our amazing charm.

Very close to the airport so you can walk but taxi won’t take you and it is hot and humid when handling luggage. Not clear where to go. You have to walk alongside the Port Authority building the opposite side to the airport to get to it. Sign leads you into a different area where there is a car park and other buildings. Staff are nice and friendly which is important but not that attentive. The rooms are ok and the air conditioning works well. TV remote didn’t work properly and I had to turn off the fridge it was so noisy. Plugs in inconvenient places and not near Coffee machine. Microwave in room. No beach at the hotel. 0.75 Mile walk to where you can swim without rocks but there is a small pool. Outside areas are dilapidated. Visible rust and damaged wood frames in the main bar and restaurant area. Entrance door is broken to the main lobby. I came on business so was alone and had to wait a full hour after ordering for just a burger and fries and very few were eating. Burger was good. I wouldn’t stay again but handy for the airport.

The beach is a 5 minutes walk. The entrance door slides manually. One hour wait for a burger that wouldn’t be an accurate statement.

I was a little concerned about staying here due to some negative reviews.. But over the months I had spoken with staff and my upcoming trip for my boyfriend and I really seemed promising and it was.. We stayed in the honeymoon suite decorated by beautiful beginnings for my boyfriend's birthday. It's a very hidden gym the bed was very comfortable pillows very fluff we had a mini kitchen that I was unaware of full microwave mini fridge sink toaster hot plate coffee maker the real setup. Bathroom was a decent size had a problem with the hot and cold showers in the morning but only due to everyone taking showers at the same time. It was enough space for us to store our luggage and clothes for our 7 Days stay.. No problem with the AC due to the 85° temps the entire stay.. We had a great view from our large patio looking at the ocean and the sister inn Emerald suites.. Staff was amazing Javon The Manager Miss kenisha front desk Ms Vivika your pm concierge. The front desk & restaurant staff the young lady who served us every morning thank you maintenance housekeeping everyone was just phenomenal. So try it for yourself.. We went to the beautiful island of St Thomas and had a ball.. Lindbergh Resort helped create that.. We will return I like this hidden jewel.. Thanks guys for making our stay the absolute best Christmas birthday vacation ever we truly had a great time please hold our room *** honeymoon suite fabulous. Peace

Believe all of the 1 star reviews you read about this place; I would leave a zero if possible. We stayed in the "Sea Wing" which had a terrible raw sewage smell throughout the room and the room was in total disrepair. The pictures on the website do not reflect the actual condition of the property; it is false advertisement.

We do not have raw sewage anywhere. The pictures are all real and the room you stayed in isn’t in disrepair far from it neither is the bathroom. Please refrain from coming up with false narrative. It’s really sad making these wrong accusations.

We stayed here for one night because of its proximity to the airport. It’s a pretty terrible hotel. It is in extreme disrepair. Just about everything you look at is cracking, in desperate need of repairs and paint. Trash like old doors and different things visible piled up in places. What look like old planters filled with rainwater and mosquitoes. The front doors to lobby area don’t work. The small beach you see in the pictures is no longer there, it has washed away and the area is closed. The restaurant and bar don’t open until 4:30, no place for breakfast or lunch on property grounds. The smaller pool was very dirty and probably non functional. Everything is just really old in the rooms as well as in the exterior. Beds are uncomfortable, TV doesn’t work. Some pros: walking distance from airport, our room and linens were clean. air conditioning in room worked well. Staff was nice and friendly, they just don’t have any training in customer service and work with what they have. Housekeeping was trying to rush us out about 10:30 so she could clean. Had a burger at the bar for dinner it was pretty good, fries and onion rings were not. I could go on with the negatives but you get this gist from this and other reviews.

After a big storm, generally speaking it will fill up the planters with water. We are sorry. Nothing was broken in your room. We are not a dilapidated hotel far from it. You picked a hotel with our great qualities on the water for $100 next to the airport and you are complaining that it wasn’t fancy enough. The AC worked, what was so terrible in the exterior the view as well. Ocean view. You want a 4 star hotel for $100 in the VI Keep looking.
