This is my first time staying at this hotel. Upon arrival, the staff behind the front desk were polite and inviting. The rooms are nice, modern looking room and furnishings. There is a coffee maker and refrigerator but no microwave. If you want to heat something, you have to take to the kitchen and have a staff member heat it...

Near the airport - kind of fun to see all the planes take off. They are loud, but there are no planes from around 10 pm to 8:30 am, so you can get a good sleep unless you like to sleep in. We are early risers, which is good because if the planes don't wake you, the roosters might. Nice...

Our cruise ship docked in St Thomas for the day & we chose to visit Emerald Beach. We took a taxi over for $5.00 pp one way. We payed $7.00 per lounger & if you wanted it to be under an umbrella the cost was $10. The beach was clean & not very crowded at all. Snorkeling to the far...

Our reservation was via a 3rd party, and we had great luck! We love lazy beach escapes! My husband was thrilled that our room had a balcony over the beach, and I loved the breakfast on the deck. The nearby airport was NOT an issue, getting around without a car was easy (no rental car nerves for us!) and the...

OK. picture this; You land in St Thomas after dark - take the first taxi to EBR, 10 minutes later you are drinking a free rum punch at the beach bar and ordering a Mahi-Mahi sandwich to go with the next drink; a Presidente beer. - OR, you land at noonish - take the taxi to EBR, stash your bag...

While the setting of this hotel is lovely, it is getting somewhat rundown and is, now, quite expensive. I had a bad experience with the staff - at 4am, my hotel wifi wasn't working- the password had expired-and I needed to do office work. I went to the lobby and the front desk person was asleep on the couch and...

We were looking to stay somewhere on a warm sunny beach. This hotel was it. Although Mother Nature didn't cooperate by raining a lot while we were there. It was wonderful to hear the ocean waves and the rain as we left our balcony door open all night. The hotel was clean and the desk staff was very friendly and...

Stayed here on a recommendation from the locals while on a business trip. The rooms were quite nice, roomy and kept clean throughout my week stay. There were always workers on the grounds doing some upkeep. The beach was very convenient from the buildings. Never was that busy on the beach except 1 day I came back and I guess...

We stayed for one night after spending a week in the BVI. We only needed accommodations for one night and did not want to spend $800 for the Ritz. It is very difficult to find a bed and breakfast to offer one night accommodations during peak season. In hindsight, we should have spend the $800. I am admittedly particular about...

St Thomas is rather crowded and not too relaxing. But this hotel where we stayed for one night on the way to St John was conveniently close to the airport (not relatively quiet at nights despite this) with a nice little beach and a view of the ocean. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. Staff was very friendly...
