As a regular visitor I have never been disappointed! The staff goes over and above every time! Grounds are immaculately maintained. Even if a rainy day which is common in November the rooms are like being at home. The gym is perfect and spa is relaxing.. no complaint ms .. ever

My beautiful wife and I spent a very romantic evening on the patio. Our server, Jack was wonderful. Suggested a great red for us and the caprese salad. House made potato chips were awesome. Highly recommended

Staying at the ritz was one of the best decisions we made, it started our trip off right, we were greeted by a fabulous staff and never met an employee at the ritz that didn't have a welcoming smile and willing to do anything. Unfortunately we went when infinity pool was under construction. Food is very expensive but found a...

We chose the Ritz because you usually know what to expect. The staff seemed friendly and willing to help. The accommodations were pretty good, though we feel the property lagged behind in the maintenance and cleanliness department. The restaurants are very pricy and you get pretty sick of the buffet breakfast by day three. So venture into red hook and...

Let me start with the positives... The grounds and resort are beautiful... Our villa was decorated beautifully and has all of the things we needed for a perfect vacation. The beach was also amazing.. Or all of the locations we have been to in St. Thomas the Ritz beach, by far has been the best. We loved the fact that...

This is a Ritz Carlton. Service is excellent. Location is Beautiful. Staff will go above your expectations. Amenities are over the top and the restaurants are great. Don't forget to spend time at the pool. Location is also accessible to Redhook. Good visit for us.

I was very concerned with staying at the Rtiz in St Thomas because several of the reviews were very poor. We love St Thomas and have stayed at the Marriott Cove Villas and loved it there, but never at the Ritz. Because we couldn't get into the Cove, we took a chance, and so glad we did. The very best...

Truly heaven on earth. The staff is so friendly, accommodating and kind! This is not a hidden bungalow feeling. These are large buildings (and a few of them) with pools, restaurants, and is part of a whole complex including the hotel which neighbors it. That being said, the location is unbeatable. On the other side of the pool is a...
