lovely hotel, beautiful private beach, great views of the cruise ships. Great location for walking to places. Great service very friendly staff. We had breakfast included in our stay and there was a great selection. They were very good with me with food as I'm a vegetarian and would go out of their way if I requested something that wasn't...

First off, Wi-Fi should have been included. I agree with an earlier poster, that we are in 2015 it should not cost us $25 for a couple of days to access the Internet. Most of the time the concierge was MIA. But everyone from the bar staff to the front desk to the doormen were all very helpful and friendly....

Pros :Lovely hotel, beautiful private beach, service, Location excellent for all major sites in Nassau, views of cruise ships from beach, plenty of opportunities for shopping and restaurant. Wonderful beds. Con: chairs around pool area and beach fill up quickly. Hall carpet on floor of room 181 needs replacing and odor of cleaning of older carpet

Hi D Micheal A, Thank you for your review! We are glad that you enjoyed the beach and pool areas and the amazing cruise ships as they pass through the harbor! Our beds are very comfy! We are presently reviewing our inventory of beach chairs with an aim to increase the supply and also we are looking at ways to...

this hotel is expensive with multiple add-ons for fuel, tax etc. the location with its own beach is great but the beach gets busy because they sell day tickets to the many cruise ship people. The service in the restaurants is generally very poor and the food expensive but the room air-conditioning is the best ever; quiet and effective.

Great location right in the heart of Nassau with loads of food places plus a local supermarket a few blocks down (really cheap). Being a...

The hotel, for sure is nice and have everything you want in the same place. Including a proper sea side... Everything is great. The question is how great? To great! To pay almost 500 USD per night, I think that it is nice but to ... great!

After spending 4 days at the Cove Atlantis, we came here for the last day of our stay. First of all, check-in is very late (4PM) and checkout is very early (11AM). Thus, you're paying 300+ for fewer than 24 hours to stay in a hotel that is, by most accounts, mediocre at best. Yes, the lobby is beautiful, as...

The property itself is beautiful. The problem I have is with all the hidden taxes and fees that don't seem to appear til after checkout. There is a fee for having your room cleaned...there is a bellhop fee. All fees are daily. If you come with a group of people you are also charged a daily fee for the pool....

Thank you for staying with us and for your review! As a part of an island wide unionized agreement which all hotels in Nassau are a part of; we do have local fees for room attendant, bellman and pool and beach attendant. As we realize that most of our international guests are not aware of these charges, we have added...

Situated on downtown Nassau’s only private beach and the site of Old Fort Nassau, the British Colonial Hilton in the Bahamas has undergone a multi-million renovation throughout all areas of the hotel, and offers a taste of the island’s rich history, along with some of the most modern amenities for both business and vacation travelers. What’s more the hotel is only 25 minutes from Nassau (Lynden Pindling International) Airport. The hotel is a true Bahamian experience with a marble-tiled lobby and is studded with palm trees under a skylight ceiling. There are 288 luxuriously appointed guest rooms with harbor or island views. All rooms are furnished with tasteful decor, complemented by separate shower and bathtub. One-bedroom suites offer a separate living area with sofa bed, and Executive accommodations are also available along with the Executive Lounge, where attentive hotel staff assures that every need and whim will be met during your stay. Recreational activities are convenient and varied for leisure and business travelers alike. A 300-ft long private white sand beach is furnished with lounge chairs and thatched sunshades overlooking the harbor offering a peaceful and secluded access for an ocean swim or a day in the sun. Use of kayaks and snorkeling gear on the beach is complimentary. Bordered on one side by a tropical garden, the hotel's freshwater pool offers harbor views and has an expansive sundeck with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Both the sundeck and beach offer views of cruise ships moored nearby, and of the western tip of Paradise Island, 300 yards offshore. Guests can snooze in hammocks on the lawn adjacent to the pool. The property can also organize trips out reef snorkeling island exploring, boating, golf, tennis and scuba diving. For dining options, Aqua is a fun, casual restaurant serving international favorites with a Caribbean flair, or guests can meet up for cocktails at the Bullion Bar.
