The entire staff never wanted us there. At night there was a huge loud party (we were told it was for only the hotel guest), all island locals took it over. bar tenders made up prices on things (bottled water and drinks). the pool bar refused to take orders and all had attitudes. One bar tender took my drink order...

The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly which made our stay wonderful. Especially Delvera (housekeeping), Lavardo (front desk), Robert (bullion bar manager) and Jermaine (bullion bar) The only disappointment was the charge for wifi and other hidden charges. Wifi should be included especially since we paid for the room and the additional $17 per night per person energy charge we...

I recently booked this hotel for my boyfriend's birthday and I must say we had a great time. From we arrived and checked in, Kermit was very helpful in seeing that we were taken care of and were satisfied with our room. We stayed in 621, which was an executive king room. Very cozy and lovely. The bathroom was clean...

An ideal hotel for a day resort pass out of cruise port. This hotel is very convenient for those staying half a day from a cruise ship. Press for time, it's just a long 15 minute walk from the exit of the port. Upon check in, head straight to front desk for there are a lot of tourist coming from...

Nice hotel. Great front desk staff. Nice sized room on the 5th floor. Great pool and gym area....and a nice private beach. Hotel is in a nice central location near banks food liquor store and the nassau straw market. Only complaint was that I set a wake up call for before 7am so that I could catch a ferry in...

My husband and I wanted to explore the island instead of doing the Atlantis thing. We figured if we went to Atlantis we wouldn't want to leave and miss out on learning more about the island. Before my trip a friend told me "stay in Atlantis because there's nothing to do on the island". WRONG! Plus we love to do...

Arrived in biblical wet weather. Roads were awash with water. The hotel was a welcome haven. Bedroom was good in terms of views and sleeping comfort. But, room needed an armchair in addition to the office style desk chair. Also, shower was weak. Cleanliness was good. Food and beverage outlets seemed dull and expensive as was breakfast where they ineptly...

I learned about this hotel looking for a cheap place to go with a day pass other than Atlantis. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the port. The beach was small but had clean white sand. The water was clear, blue & a good temperature. They even provided snorkel gear & kayaks. I would recommend getting there...

One-bedroom suites offer a separate living area with sofa bed, and Executive accommodations are also available along with the Executive Lounge, where attentive hotel staff assures that every need and whim will be met during your stay. Recreational activities are convenient and varied for leisure and business travelers alike. A 300-ft long private white sand beach is furnished with lounge chairs and thatched sunshades overlooking the harbor offering a peaceful and secluded access for an ocean swim or a day in the sun. Use of kayaks and snorkeling gear on the beach is complimentary. Bordered on one side by a tropical garden, the hotel's freshwater pool offers harbor views and has an expansive sundeck with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Both the sundeck and beach offer views of cruise ships moored nearby, and of the western tip of Paradise Island, 300 yards offshore. Guests can snooze in hammocks on the lawn adjacent to the pool. The property can also organize trips out reef snorkeling island exploring, boating, golf, tennis and scuba diving. For dining options, Aqua is a fun, casual restaurant serving international favorites with a Caribbean flair, or guests can meet up for cocktails at the Bullion Bar.
