I was looking for an alternative place near the airport for my one night lay overs in Nassau on the way to the family islands in the Bahamas. I decided to try this attractive small hotel as a solo traveler. The staff were all pleasant and welcoming. While my room was quite nice, with updated features, I had trouble sleeping...

Stayed here to transition from the Exumas to cold reality, and loved it. Though the property looks like it has been there for a couple of centuries, it was built in the current century and has all of the modern conveniences you might need, including WiFi. It's a bit of a hike up the tunnel/stairs to reach the property, getting...

when I first arrived, I was not impressed. But, once you enter and go up the stairs you are in the midst of a mini paradise. The view is amazing. If you like quaint, you will love it. I slept in a hammock on the balcony one night! I did not like the very small 'honor bar', but that was...

We had a layover in Nassau on our way to Eleuthera and wanted to be close to the airport. Very quaint , beautiful view and relaxing. The staff very pleasant and accommodating . Food is expensive though. Room was comfortable. Short walk..uphill... to the beach and restaurant .

Love this little treasure that is within minutes to the airport. Cozy, clean rooms and honor system bar. Exceptional views off the island from all points of the property.Walking distance to the beach and some local flair.

Everything about this place is amazing! The views of the beach are stunning. The staff, especially Michael, Rinaldo and the Chef who cooked an amazing dinner so good that we ate there again the next night! The rooms are beautiful and spacious with large king beds and are always kept super clean. Location is great if you like being secluded...

We stayed there on our way home for our last night in the Bahama's. Even though it is close to the airport it is landscaped in a way that you do not feel that you are close to an airport. The hotel, grounds and entrance are beautiful and unique. From the outside you feel like you are going into a...

This hotel is very charming and convenient. It is just a quick taxi ride from the airport. It is perched on a hill overlooking the ocean with a great deck filled with comfortable table, chairs and couches for relaxing and enjoying the view. We stayed in a top floor suite and it was very nice.

Perched up high on a hill with beautiful ocean views is this charming Boutique Hotel. Close to the airport, it is worlds away form the hustle and bustle of the city, the perfect place to recoup, unwind and relax. Previously we'd come here after another trip to an Out Island. Arriving in Nassau with a few hours to spare before...

What a wonderful find....I almost don't want people to know about it. A hidden gem on away from the hustle-bustle of the cruise ship ravaged Nassau. It's a quick 8-minute cab ride from the airport and our cab driver stopped at a local grocery store and liquor store to allow us to pick up a few things before dropping us...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
At the west end of New Providence lies an exquisite hideaway. A STONE'S THROW AWAY is perched on one of the highest elevations by the coast. Here our Guests can indulge in a rare panoramic view of Nassau 's land and sea. The scenery boasts the best of the island's natural wonders, from the native pine forest by Lake Killarney to the brim of the coral reefs that protect the glimmering beaches of west Nassau. The property was recently built to echo the traditions of an old Bahamian home: wood floors and wood ceilings, louvered shutters and a large wrap around porch bring the visitors back to a quieter time long ago when the music of the islands could be heard in the whispers of the trade winds. ... more   less
