It's hard to know where to start. On the surface this place seems like a dream vacation and if you a multimillionaire, it may be. It's a beautiful island and can be a dream vacation if you are willing to over pay for every little thing. Let's start with the staff who are a gamble. You either get the nicest,...

So far the most beautiful/stunning place on earth. My niece & I had the most perfect time. although a very expensive resort, when you step outside the complex, prices are a lot more reasonable in terms of food etc. we took a boat (2.5 hours journey) to harbour island, oh my goodness, amazing!! well known for its pink sand. we...

The Atlantis has long been known to be the mother of hotels in the Caribbean and this is my first time back in over 10 years. I was not disappointed the property is enormous and " The Reef" is quite the hike from the majority of activities. If you have a problem walking or prefer to be close to all...

Let me start by saying that I was so nervous about this trip based on the bad reviews on TripAdvisor. We even debated for months if we should go or not. But, it could not have been more perfect. The hotel was so nice, the room was very well laid out and modern. It had a miniature kitchen which turned...

Stayed at the Reef with my family of 4 as part of larger group of 10... we all had a great time. kIds loved the pools, watermark, swimming with the dolphins etc. Loved that the reef was a bit more secluded and quiet while the Royal Towers with all the activities were just a walk or quick shuttle ride away....

The Atlantis Resort was first class for me - given a free upgrade to The Reef. Spectacular accommodations, great views, private small beach, first class staff who were very friendly. Tad expensive but knew that before I booked.

Just back from a 9-night stay at The Reef. This incredible vacation started with check-in. Ricarra greeted us at the front desk and was most personable and professional. We were able to get a great room that had a harbor and ocean view on the 17th floor. Each day our interactions with the staff were pleasant and helpful. From housekeeping...

We loved the Reef! Yes, it is away from the activities, but the shuttles run constantly, and you are happy to come back to the quiet of the Reef. This was a quiet week there in general - we had the pool to ourselves and even the beach was relatively empty. It was immaculate; the grounds are gorgeous; the beach...

I booked a trip on July 19th for arrival on October 20th. We were confirmed in the Beach Towers, but upon arrival, we were told we were being put up in Coral Towers because Beach Towers were under renovation. (This HAD to have been known prior to our arrival). Then we were directed to the REEF, which had 1 King...
