3rd visit in a week as wanted to sample more of the menu! Have driven past many times but was waiting for a sunny afternoon so that we could sit outside with the dogs as in so many places they are still not allowed inside. Visited last Monday to discover they are welcome (on a lead) inside as well. Having...

Lovely café serving great food to finish our long walk with the dogs. Totally dog and muddy boot friendly! Great selection of food and drinks. Would definitely return at another date. Recently changed owners

The all day breakfast was without a doubt the best I have had in a cafe, the meat (bacon , sausage, black pudding and eggs were all local and perfectly cooked. even the marmalade to go on my toast (included & delicious) was also homemade by them. The cakes are all home made and utterly gorgeous. The owners Carrie and...

Saw the sign from the A470 on the way to Blaenau and had to try it out soon as I could. Was not disappointed! Lots of easy parking, lovely welcome from Jane who was baking a fresh Victoria sponge as we arrived, made to feel very much at home. Had a very yummy chocolate brownie and a latte. There was...

The opening of this cafe has been long anticipated for us. We bought a holiday home in Dolwyddelan 18 months ago and a cafe is the only thing it's lacking. Mike, Carrie and Jane are wonderful hosts and the cafe is brilliant. I had wonderful cheese scones with my soup and my husband had a burger. We also took home...

We visited for coffee this morning and found a little gem. The coffee was excellent and the Anzac biscuits were wonderful. They are one of my favourite biscuits but rarely found. Carrie and Mike and not forgetting Jane, the all important cook, are very welcoming. The views of Moel Siobad are great. We will definitely return for lunch next time...

Had noticed signs on the road to Dolwyddelan for new cafe. So decided that we could do wth some refreshment. Would normally just have coffee and cake but having not had breakfast that morning, ordered the full breakfast. All locally sourced produce amazing topped off with a latte and Americano. Set us up for the rest of the day.

We've visited several times now, either for a weekend breakfast treat, or midweek lunchtime snack - all home cooked mostly local food, and beer! (at lunchtime, not with breakfast, honest). The cook and owners are so helpful and friendly it makes every visit a pleasure. Work is ongoing with the restoration work on the building, so there are still some...

Went to this beautiful new Cafe today on our travels around Snowdonia, It was a beautiful location so we were expecting heavy prices. But they were so reasonable. They had all delicious homemade cakes and lovely hot chocolate (which is wonderful after a walk around Snowdon) and they couldn't do enough for us. They even put a bowl of water...
