This was our second stay at Lyn Leven and it was every bit as good as the first. The cottage is very cosy and comfortable and is a great base from which to go exploring the beautiful surroundings of the Highlands. We willl definitely be back again next year !

A beautiful and scenic guest house with everything you could ask for on a short stay in the Highlands. We stayed 2 nights and were delighted with the accommodation, facilities, location and price. Cilla could not have been more helpful and we will definitely be back. Soon!!

Cilla is a great host. Very welcoming and attentive to our needs. The room is well-kept with excellent facilities including a lovely en-suite and very comfortable beds. Continental breakfast was excellent and the location and views are second to none. Superb value-for-money! Could not recommend it more highly. We will definitely be returning!

Lovely large bedroom with sitting and dining area. There are fantastic views of the mountains from Lyn Leven to tempt you out to explore even on the coldest wettest days!! Beautiful decor and soft furnishings - large en suite - perfect in every way. It was snowing outside on arrival but perfectly warm and cozy inside, an ideal base for...

Despite the fact that Ms. MacLeod had closed for the season, she still invited us in and turned on the heat just for the one night. A very beautiful and completely cleaned the room was made available to us. All facilities were in a high standard, and both the pressure and the amount of warm water in the bath was...

Stayed at guest house 2 nights 5/6 Sept. The room was good and the host was very pleasant, but it did not deserve its 4 star rating. The breakfast was very poor even for a continental breakfast, shower over bath very small and water pressure non existant. For the price paid it was not good value.....there was no view over the...

It was a complete surprise to me that this guest has been dissatisfied with the continental breakfast. Most of our guests have complimented us on the variety and high quality of the food presented. The shower over the bath is of necessity a little smaller than that of a cubicle shower in order to fit over a bath, but this...

We have just returned from a weeks stay in the self catering cottage at Lyn Leven Guest House. We were two familes with four children under five so accommodation was very important to us and we were not disappointed. After a stunning drive, with amazing mountain views, we were warmly welcomed and given a tour of the property. The space...
