What a wonderful really dog friendly hotel, We stayed for 3 nights with our Lakeland terrier Lily - we were a bit worried as we had never taken her away before but she was made so welcome by all the staff and Roxy the retriever we need not have worried, she loved all the walks round about and her morning...

My husband and I stayed here the night before our daughter's wedding with herself and her five bridesmaids. It was also my daughter's birthday! We were made so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We had excellent bedrooms and a delicious, relaxing meal, for which we were late, but despite this we were still greeted with...

We have just returned from a relaxing weekend at Trigony and we loved every minute of it. The house, surroundings, food and location are all excellent but what really makes this place special is the staff. You feel welcomed from the minute you arrive until you leave. Nothing is too much trouble - you feel that everyone there genuinely wants...

Having not had a holiday for a number of years, we decided to treat ourselves & a treat it was. From the moment we arrived, treats for our rescue dog Raven, local walks around the hotel area, muddy!!! but great, with a welcome wash area for dogs when we got back. Breakfast every morning was superb and prepared us for...

We booked in for a night on our way up to the Highlands, accompanied by our two dogs. It was as if we had arrived at the house of a dear friend - we were made so welcome - arrived at 4.30pm, had tea, lemon drizzle cake and shortbread by the fire in the sitting room, followed by a snooze....

A quick Google later, we decided to book at the Trigony, which is 20 minutes off the M74. The weather was poor and very rainy,...
