Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. However, unfortunately there was an all pervading smell of stale cigarette smoke which was not pleasant. There were no nonsmoking signs that we could see. For some unexplained reason the shower did not work. The breakfast was ok but not exceptional and was actually in another building. Moira did all she could...

This is a place slightly off the beaten track but well worth going to. Nothing is too much trouble for Moira and the facilities are just perfect for us. We would not stay anywhere else. Perfect if you are making for the ferry to Arran, visiting family, or just enjoying a well earned break. Facilities for preparing your own meals...

Stayed here for Easter weekend and it provided everything we needed and more. Moira is an excellent host and Edenmore is really welcoming. It was great having the lounge and kitchen area to use especially when we couldn't be bothered eating out. It's 2 mins drive from Ardrossen marina so brilliant if you have your boat on the hard standing....

I spent 2 nights here in a comfortable single room which was really a double with a small en-suite, bigger than quite a few single rooms I've stayed in. TV had Sky and fast wifi came as standard. Next door was a Lounge with dining table and Sky TV, next to a small well equipped kitchen, which had basic breakfast...

Booked a family room for my husband, me, our 14 yr old daughter and 2 adult dogs. Though we booked guest house based on convenient location, we were very pleased with the exceptional service we received. Room was spacious, comfortable, practical and very clean. We were made to feel welcome and so were our dogs. Excellent choice as a pet-friendly...
