We were looking forward to a great break and to enjoy scottish hospitality but were disappointed very much. Apart from the location I would not rate this place at all in any way and would recommend visitors to find other places to stay. Important to do your homework before you book a place.

Great little bed and breakfast on Ardrossan's sea front with views across to Arran. We had the 4 poster room with en-suite - nice large room with a good bed. Rosanne looked after us brilliantly and provided a great breakfast

Stayed here last September, together with my husband and my brother-in-law and his girlfriend. We didn't got the room with a view by mistake, but they made up for it with a bottle of bubbles! Excellent service! Lovely cosy rooms, nice breakfast and very good location! Direct access to the beach just across the road. Only 5 minutes away from...

My husband, two children (5,8) and I stayed here after a family party nearby. We stayed in the Arran suite which was a double room with a huge bed and a single room next door. We had a large bathroom next door. The door on our landing locked so we had privacy. The views over to Arran were stunning and...

Hadn't stayed in Ardrossan before, and needed somewhere to stay for a day trip to Arran. Very convenient for ferry - can see the terminal from the front of the house - 5 mins by bike. Excellent hospitality and great breakfast. Very friendly hostess.

The sea view was amazing. The breakfast was very nice and nothing was too much trouble. The owners were on holiday but we were well...

I had put 2pm arrival on the Private House Stays booking so called by at 11 am to say I would be arriving later than that. Three cars in the drive so clearly people at home but five minutes of knocking and ringing ship's bell and hearing voices inside, got no-one. Back at 6 pm and two cars on the...

Great to break the journey up. Came off the isle on Monday to stay overnight before flying back from Glasgow on Tuesday morning. Lovely rooms.

Quaint little guest house overlooking the harbour at Ardrossan. Clean and comfortable rooms. The room we stayed in overlooked the harbour. Great views over to Arran. Short walk into Ardrossan. Friendly staff with 2 lovely dogs and a delicious home cooked breakfast.
