The hotel was very welcoming. The room was fairly small but perfectly adequate for my family. The reception team made us feel very welcome, they put a cot up for our daughter. The bathroom could have done with a little modernisation, but it was very clean and perfectly useable. We ate at the restaurant for dinner, the staff were very attentive and the food was excellent, there was a good choice of both food and wine.

1/5 it was absolutely disgusting I got sick when I came here with my my family and the bathrooms were terrible the toilets flooded and the bunk beds weren't up to safety levels and all of the staff are completely lazy and the most rudest people you will ever meet and the hotel is a covid breeding ground I will never again stay at such a abysmal and unsafe hotel such as this ever again as long as I live

Booked on the day while travelling Round in a camper van. Booking was easy and when we arrived the reception staff knew who we were before we'd even given our name and had everything ready. We chose a room with the view of the Loch which didn't disappoint as the moon came up over the Loch the views were stunning. We paid in advance for dinner 50 pounds (25 pounds each) this gave us 60 pounds to spend on the restaurant. The food was excellent way more than the 3 star rating the hotel has with starters mains drinks and desserts it was a very reasonable price coming to 61 pounds meaning I had to pay 1 pound more than the pre set 60. We were very happy with this price and the deal. All the staff were really lovely. The room was very comfortable and cosy with a great shower The loch boat tours go from outside and was a great addition to our stay. Breakfast was included and catered for my meat eating partner and for me as a vegetarian. All in all a really great hotel experience.

A lovely restaurant set up with excellent views over Loch Ness. The menu had a nice variety and the food was good. Reasonably priced too. Good service felt a little rushed but then had to wait quite a while for the bill and to pay. Worth the view!

Rooms are as you might expect. Being a distance from anywhere else, we had to eat in the hotel restaurant, something I never do. This worried me. However, the food was excellent. Perfectly cooked venison haunch and fish for mains. A very pleasant surprise
