Great price, beautiful views, amazing service, lovely food, helpful staff. I really can't praise this hotel enough. I was really happy with the room, booked a table for a gorgeous meal at night, went on a boat trip, had a lovely breakfast. I will definitely be returning.

We arrived just over half an hour prior to a pre-booked boat trip. We chose two chorizo and chicken panini' s and asked for them to be heated, as per the sign indicated. £4.25 per sandwich. We indicated to the server that we were going on the boat trip at two pm. However, I ended up having to go and...

Lovely food. Good service. What a view. A bucket list must do. It was quite season when we visited so can only speak as I find but I would say worth the money. As with anywhere here if you aren't a guest don't expect anything less than a hike home!!

This place is very cleaned and the hotel staff were very helpful when we arrived. It was very cold when we were there and when we felt the room was not warm enough, we were immediately given an electric equipment in our room. It really warmed up the room so many folds. We like the breakfast provided by the hotel...

I always wanted to go to Loch Ness, this hotel seemed to be the ideal place on our tour from the midlands to Shetland. The staff were great, room was small and not very warm (mid November external wall single skin 100 mm in places), shower room was very small. I had read reports of the hotel being tired &...

Hotel location was good for the boat trip and the Loch Ness visitor experience. Shame there is a busy road and you can't go for a walk along the Loch. Would recommend the restaurant for dinner, good service and the food was lovely. Good selection of foods for breakfast. Room was acceptable. Shower was horrible, felt dirtier coming out than...

Stayed here as a couple on Sunday 6th Nov. We paid £89 for a loch view room (basically a window looking out over the car park onto the loch). The hotel was clearly not busy but did not seem to drop their room prices. Our room itself was basic but had a nice bathroom. I say basic - I expected...
