Booked Triple Room - 1 Double bed & 1 single bed. The room quite spacious & clean. TV is working with local channel. Room is not sound proof and if your are family with young child or baby, please avoid second floor as the wooden stairs are quite steep. The bed was comfortable, however the pillow a bit hard. The toilet was clean and hot water available 24/7. There is no housekeeping available during my stay.

The garden is pretty with lots of flowers. Room is medium size but dated. Thorough cleaning is badly needed, bathroom has too much mold. Bed is comfortable, but there are no chairs. Do NOT count on wifi, it was not there during the three days we were there. No breakfast, but there is waterboiler and instant coffee and complementary drinking water. Overpriced for what it offers and we were not pleased with request for RM 100 key deposit.

Booked this due to reviews. Looks lovely from outside but rooms bit old looking and shabby. However it was comfortable and clean. No air con but as it’s cold there wasn’t problem. Soundproofing bad if you have noisy neighbours and you can hear road. No tea or coffee but water and crackers left for you. It’s bit away from Main Street but only 10 mins walk. Staff were nice.

We stayed here for a few nights and enjoyed it so much. The room was spacious and clean. Washroom was clean and comfy. They made the room everyday. Had a big balcony. The place is far enough from the hustle of the town, less than 10 minutes walk From the town and all the stores. Owners and the staff are very friendly. Recommended. .

Very nice complex. The room was oke, If you want to go to the village, you have te walk down the hill, and of course you have to walk up the Hill when you go back to the hotel. Not a very heavy walk but good to know. While you are showering enjoy the great view. Look like you are in the forest.

Be aware: When I arrived I had to pay in cash for my room, but I already made a reservation by credit card. I was told this was only for the reservation, but later (when I had already left) they took the money from my credit card as well. Now they do not respond to my emails anymore and it looks like I have lost my money. Also the booking agency can not get in contact with Casa Loma.

Cool little place in a lovely quiet corner just outside (10 minute walk) of the town. Room was all good although TV choice was limited, rooms could do with a deeper clean every now and again and a little attention to detail like removing the sold stickers from furniture. Owner and staff all friendly.

Room is a bit dirty, some cleaning in the corners or bathroom would lead to a big improvement. During the night, the main street passing by behind the few trees is very noisy, and, there are some animals (rats, squirrels?) inside the room wall, who scratch all night long. For what you get, the price is way to high.

Location wise a bit private but not too far from the Tanah Rata Town. Quite and their have a big balcony which is nice. Bathroom is also very unique like other mentioned, like showering in the jungle. Can be better in term of ambiance but due to lack of worker i guess. Basically its clean. No other facility... But the staff is friendly and helpful

The room was very cold and damp. The toilet didn't even have the proper insulation from the outside. It was like having a shower in the balcony. Half of the lamps weren't working and the wifi only worked for the first half day. The staff was helpful though.
